*As the Facility and central Headquarters for the Hellion Mining Corporation opened, one of the main room within the administrative sector was almost instantly put into use. As the facility began, the conference room was firs used by mid level and executive managers to hold staff meetings, discussing initial figures and progress, using these meetings to iron out any kinks that would have been unforeseen in the initial planning phases.
After the first few months, the Conference room was seen in use less often, though the occasional meeting filled it late into the night. This was a good thing of course, as if there were no meetings, that meant that thee were no problems to speak of. No Miners whining to a union, with union representatives wasting the time of the executives in dull, slow paced and long meetings. The executoves were happy for this of course, as it proved to be little work for them, though they still earned the same handsome salary nonetheless.
After more months, the Corporation saw it's first line of large time clientele. The Conference Room was once again put to good use, used to coordinate and house meetings between executives of the Corporation and clientele, wishing to purchase minerals and metals, or even bargain mining rights for a short term period of time. Although large time meetings took up most of the time of the Conference Room, there was also still the occasional Staff meetings, discussing progress and rates and productivity of the Corporation, most being good of course.*
