Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Crystal paid more attention to Elika than anyone else currently in this room, she was really waiting for what her friend was going to say. When she had finally spoken, Crystal smiled slightly although she was certain that there were other things she wanted to find out like she did and the only person that could answer those questions was Atlantis himself. For now though she was pushing those questions aside as her attention turned towards Tehia, Crystal smiled once more when she noticed that the Nagai. Well at least this ended well considering how it had started and now that it was in the clear, well there was just still that little tidbit that she really wanted to find out, that again was due for later.

"As far as I am concerned, well..." She looked at her friend with a warm smile before glancing back at Tehia. "We should be the one thanking you for telling us, but I also would like to apologize for my reaction earlier." By that time she was also looking at Atlantis because she knew that she had to really apologize to him but she would have to do that later once she found a moment to be with him alone.

Now came the matter of the party and she looked at Atlantis when he started to speak about his possible or not absence from that said party before he added the reason why. Her eyes popped wide open when she got the gist of what he had blurted out. Now she felt bad, very bad for summoning him that way to her office when she was certain by now that it was the reason why Andros or even Mace had gone to oversee rather quickly. Crystal sunk deeper in her seat and looked at Elika for a moment, everything in her gaze showed that she felt really bad right now and to put bluntly, like a nemoidian. If she could kick herself right now, Crystal would do it and profusely.

"Are you saying that Franz is currently amnesiac?" She finally asked with a gloomy gaze, to think that he was currently here and not there with Franz... She really felt bad, to think that it was mainly her fault if he was currently here with them. Crystal looked back at her friend with a worried gaze before breathing deeply. she indeed hoped that Franz was going to be alright but that she would only find out when and if Atlantis replied to Tehia's question. "I should have known that you were going to be busy..." She really felt bad and she even shook her head in the process.

*When it looks like Tehia is about to cry, Elikapeka starts to reach into her pocket to take out a handkerchief but, when Tehia seems to get a hold on the tears, settles for tugging at her sleeves instead as she wonders what to say now that things are all, relatively speaking anyway, out in the open and everyone knows where they stand.* *Before she comes up with anything, however, Atlantis adds more confusion to an already somewhat confusing evening by revealing that something has happened to Franz that has left him unable to speak Basic and with no idea who he is without explaining how it happened.*

*Leaning forward, Elika's concern for Franz is evident in her tone and expression as she asks worriedly,* "What happened? *and, even though it would seem obvious that Franz is, relatively speaking, alright given that Atlantis is here at all, adds,* Is he OK? a*nd then, even though she cannot think of anything she or Crystal or Tehia could possibly do to help matters at all, adds,* Is there anything we can do?"

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

"Oh no no no, don't postpone the party." Atlantis said thoughtfully for all he knew maybe his cousin would gradually regain his memories if he sees people he was supposed to know? Atlantis was no doctor but he was a firm believer that it only took for one event to jolt a memory back. Now he got the three women's attention, he really wanted to kick himself badly for adding more confusion or mitigated feeling right this instant.

Taking a deep breath, he leaned back against his seat momentarily before sitting back up and turning on his seat so that he could somewhat face the three of them. He leaned back slightly using his lap to support himself and he pursed his lips before thinking how he could approach that subject. "Quickest answer to your question really on what happened... Well he got hit by a lampshade on his head." Yeah when put that way, that was really stupid and he had one wish right now and that was for him to crawl into a hole of dug his head into the earth like an ostrich - but apparently that wasn't him since he was a cow according to someone, so really he did not want for that person to be jealous at all. But back on the topic...

"As for him being alright, well he seemed fine yeah definitely, he was talking, and walking but he looked like a lost kid." Atlantis said as he rubbed the back of his neck before taking a deep breath and exhaling softly while he tried to control his worries about Franz. "My brother along with Mace and Ayla but also Arhiana and Bliss are currently with him, Bliss being a medic and all as well." That would certainly bring him back to his next point and he was more focused on Crystal this time as he sat back up correctly. "But she is no neuro apparently, so Mace was the first one that suggested that we call Ares and/or Ryan... Your brothers." Atlantis said thoughtfully in Crystal's direction. "Because not only one of them is a neuro but, Franz only seem to remember how to speak your family's dialect. Since it was the fraternal twins that taught us that language that you know also, well them being doctors and them understanding what Franz is saying without Andros being the intermediate to translate, it might just facilitate all communications and treatment." Atlantis sighed softly and shook his head, he could not even believe that Franz couldn't remember any of them at all.

"The worse part is that he remembered none of us when we saw him." He looked back at Elika with a saddened expression and sighed softly once again. "I don't know what you could do but quite frankly maybe if he sees you guys, he might remember, maybe? Possibly?" He definitely wondered if it would work that way, he did not know at all but if memory served him correctly it was somehow one of those first steps that got Lara to remember a few things of her past? "Before you ask, no the Kiffars cannot do anything for him because the cause of his amnesia wasn't done with the Force like it was for Lara."

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Crystal was sitting back against her seat and maybe she had sunk lower than it was even possible. Not only Tehia's matter was confusing to her but she was now also feeling bad but also confused. Now she had no idea on what to think or really her mind was blank right now. She was definitely looking at Atlantis though and she was wanting to hear what had happened to Franz because he was the one worrying her right now.

Finally Atlantis had spoken and she looked at him when he revealed certain things about Franz, but also what they were planning. Franz spoke exclusively her father's language but the Jedi had also called her half brothers because the Kiffars couldn't help him at all like Mace had done for Lara? Wait, what? Whatever happened to Lara anyways? That she never found out to be honest and all she knew was from not knowing her brother, suddenly they show up together and definitely had that siblings relationship.

That wasn't the point right now, she was more focused on Franz and the possible arrival of her brothers... Her eyes popped wide open at that realization that she might meet her siblings even half that she had no idea about until she found out that piece of information on Naboo from Atlantis and the others. She looked at Elika with a somewhat alarmed gaze before she managed to keep that feeling in check and solely focused on Franz's case. Breathing softly, she closed her eyes momentarily and looked back at Atlantis with a slight nod.

"I guess we could always try...?" She suggested not really convinced that it would help Franz since Atlantis did say that he did not recognize any of them. "If he hasn't recognized you, what are the chances with us, aren't you guys supposed to have a stronger bond with him or something?" Crystal asked before looking back at Elika and pursing her lips thoughtfully. "It's worth a shot, no?" Her attention returned towards Tehia now and she smiled slightly. "Maybe, he might recognize you too, since he was there too, that evening."

Crys wrote:"As far as I am concerned, well..." She looked at her friend with a warm smile before glancing back at Tehia. "We should be the one thanking you for telling us, but I also would like to apologize for my reaction earlier."

*Connie shakes her head when Crys apologizes for how she reacted initially; which wasn't really all that bad all things considered. 'seti, in Connie's delusional version of events, apparently says something to the effect of Crys doesn't need ta worry and so on, which everyone else may or may not be able to figure out is what causes Connie to nod and, pointing to the empty air to her right, say,* "What he said, Crys. You were, like, totally justified and all for bein' pissed off."

*The situation with Franz is more important, in Connie's mind, than everyone fallin' over themselves ta make her feel welcome and all, so she leaves it at that and just hopes that Elly n' Crys are as cool with things as they seem to be rather than digging for reassurances and stuff.*

'lantis wrote:"Oh no no no, don't postpone the party. Quickest answer to your question really on what happened... Well he got hit by a lampshade on his head."

*Connie giggles involuntarily when 'lantis says that a lampshade was the cause of the amnesia and all that Franz is suffering from, then covers her mouth with one hand and waves her other one apologetically.* *How a lampshade could hit someone hard enough ta make 'em go all forgetful and talk in a whole other language is beyond her, but Connie guesses stranger things have happened and at least it sounds like Franz is, like, doing alright other than the forgettin' and talkin' in another language. Connie, having gotten control of her giggles, looks a lil' surprised when 'lantis talks about Crys havin' brothers, never havin' heard 'em mentioned before and wonderin' why Crys looks kinda surprised or something to hear that her brothers are comin' ta help with Franz.*

Crys wrote:[color=#FF4000]"I guess we could always try...? If he hasn't recognized you, what are the chances with us, aren't you guys supposed to have a stronger bond with him or something?" Crystal asked before looking back at Elika and pursing her lips thoughtfully. "It's worth a shot, no?" Her attention returned towards Tehia now and she smiled slightly. "Maybe, he might recognize you too, since he was there too, that evening."

*Connie is surprised when Crys seems to invite her to go along with 'em to see Franz, since, like Crys said, she only met Franz, like, twice or something and neither time for too long so doubts she'll trigger his memory by makin' a guest appearance. Connie is worried about Franz, but also can't help but find the idea of visitin' him a little tempting, 'cause it means she gets to spend more time with Elly than she would otherwise even though they probably won't have a chance to talk or anything with all that'll be going on and all.* *Tugging at one of the hoops in her left ear as she exhales some smoke up at the ceiling, Connie shrugs and says,* "Yeah, sure, like, we'll come along, if, you know, you guys want us to or think it'd help."

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

*Elikapeka shrugs when Crystal suggests that it may be worth a shot for them to pay Franz a visit on the off chance that seeing one of them might trigger his memories, and then looks at Atlantis after Tehia has said that she is also willing to go along with everyone, as she says,* "If, that is, we wouldn't just be in the way?"

*Elika, when Atlantis first explained that a lampshade caused the loss of Franz's memories, had been waiting for a punchline; in retrospect, she supposes it was merely wishful thinking to think that Atlantis would joke about something as serious as losing one's memories. Now that it is reasonably certain that there is no joke involved, Elika feels her worry for Franz return even though from everything that Atlantis has said it sounds as though, other than the memory loss, Franz is alright.*

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Atlantis was waiting patiently for what they all might say, he really had no real expectations really and he was simply trying to find different approach on all of this situation, as many came, he had no conclusive idea on whether or not it would work but then again, if they were in their ability to spare a few moments of their time to check up on his cousin to maybe jolt his memory, he would try that but then again he wasn't holding his breath.

Crystal already said something decisive and true in a way. If Franz, whom Atlantis shared a strong bond with, did not recognize he, Andros or even Mace to begin with, what were really the chances for this to work? The irony of the thing itself, a Master Jedi getting hit on the head with a lampshade which caused him amnesia. If the situation wasn't serious, Atlantis would have probably laughed at that. One simple lampshade, one stupid chopped lampshade brought that result... How disconcerting... Very disconcerting.

Come to think of it, there was something though that caught Mace's attention at the residence, that said lampshade... He remembered that she was looking at it intently or maybe even accessing its memories? Atlantis groaned and pushed that thought away, he knew that there was nothing more important right now than his cousin's situation. Reigning his feelings after rubbing his face quickly, Atlantis looked back at the three women with a faint saddened smile. That smile faltered only briefly though when he could feel a little spike in Franz's signature before it dropped back down the grid. He furrowed his eyebrows and took a deep breath before looking back at them as he cleared his throat.

"Right then, shall we?" Atlantis asked softly and he looked at Connie with a grin. "You should definitely come along..." He added on as he stood up from his seat and cleared out his glass of water and the others' after the women had or had not drunk some of it. He replaced all of those on the tray and run his finger on his bare arm feeling that scar on his triceps. Shaking his head at the thought, he retook his duster and put it one along with his gloves while he waited for them patiently in the meantime though, he grabbed his datapad and sent a message to his brother to get a follow up on the current situation.

To: Andros
From: Atlantis

Before you get more pissed off by everything that has happened today, this is me notifying you that I am bringing Connie with me right there along with Crystal and Elika.

And no, I am not out of my mind and yes, I am serious. Anyways, is Franz using the Force without his knowledge?

Atlantis.

"Cool, *Connie says, returning 'lantis's grin with one of her own,* Let's get goin' then, huh?"

*Looking at the empty spots in the room, which, for her, aren't empty at all but where 'seti and K8 are sitting in chairs that aren't really there, as she puts her cigarette case into the side pocket of her coat, Connie makes a hurry up motion with her free hand to get the human male and protocol droid that exist solely in her mind moving as 'lantis, Elly n' Crys all start walking from Crys's office into the hall outside.

Connie hangs back a bit as they follow 'lantis, letting herself fall behind Crys and Elly in case, ya know, they wanna talk about what everyone talked about a second ago without worryin' about her listenin' in.*
*Connie managed to emerge from her stay in the mental hospital with her multiple personalities intact largely by developin' a keen sense for what her therapists wanted to see or hear from her and then doin' or sayin' whatever would get them off her back for at least as long as it took them to realize she was only actin', and she knows from seein' them on Naboo that Crys n' Elly are tight and so will probably want to debrief with one another after learnin' all that they learned.*

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

There were simply so many things that she had to wrap around her head, but if there was one thing she understood, when one situation was resolved another one arose. It was the way of life for her and whether there was a moment of respite or not, she actually wouldn't trade that for anything in the world because clearly this wasn't monotone at least to her. She watched the people sitting in front of her desk and smiled slightly but somewhat with apprehension, she was somewhat doubtful that they would be able to jolt Franz's memories back but they had nothing to lose after all so why not. She definitely agreed that if they were going to head there, she wouldn't stand in the way at all.

She was about to tell Atlantis to leave the glasses there but it was too late for he was already clearing them out and placing them back right there, she was certain that they would be replaced the next day but the real reason why she hadn't said a thing was because when he turned around to walk back to his seat to grab his coat, Crystal noticed that very defined scar on his arm once again. She had already noticed that one that last time they were right here in her office and she wondered if he had several more besides that one.

Standing up from her seat, after she turned off the data terminal on her desk, before reactivating the listening device that was in her office and opening the door. She walked over the rack and grabbed her scarf along with her coat to put those on before looking over in everyone's direction waiting for them to exit first before she followed shortly. She fell into line with Elika and she wrapped an arm around her friend's arm glancing at her thoughtfully. "I know I was supposed to contact you later on this evening, forgive me for interrupting you and your muse." Crystal said softly while resting the side of her head slightly against her Elika's. She nevertheless noticed that Tehia wasn't in her peripheral view and that caused her to straighten herself and looked behind her noticing that the Nagai was a few feet away.

"Hey, no worries, come on right here..." She suggested with a sincere and friendly tone despite the fact that she was a little tired and this day was certainly an eventful one but one step at a time was the best way to do it. Well maybe there was something that she could talk about so Tehia wouldn't feel so left out at all, far from her to drive her away, what she knew right now, was sufficient to know that there would be no trouble. "Say, hypothetically speaking, let's just say that you meet people that you know are your siblings but never knew about them before, would you think that they would perhaps know about you, though?" Crystal asked curiously looking at both Elika and Tehia. While she knew that Franz should be the priority and that he was, there was just that fact that Atlantis had shared with them that they had called on Ares and Ryan because apparently one of them was a neurologist, to come here and treat Franz.

Either way while she waited for that potential answer, they were all headed to the turbolift to get back into the ground floor of the government building so that Atlantis could drive all of them into Franz's current location which from what she understood, the Senator's Residence.

*Connie smiles happily when Crys asks her to join her n' Elly and, looking over her right shoulder, tells the empty corridor that is not empty in her mind,* "C'mon," *before jogging to catch up with the two human women.*

*Connie had been wondering what the deal was with Crys's brothers since Crys looked kinda surprised or something when 'lantis mentioned 'em. It sounds, from what Crys says as she asks her n' Elly a kinda strange question, like there is a story about Crys and her family that would make things clearer, what with her not knowing about her brothers but not knowing if they know about her.* *Connie, after mulling it over in her head for a moment, shrugs and says uncertainly,* "I guess it's, like, possible they know about ya, Crys. I mean, like, I guess it all depends on how come it is ya don't know about 'em. Was, like, your dad a pologomatical guy or something? Or, like, were you or these brothers you didn't know about adopted or something? How did you find out about 'em, by the way?"

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Crystal was confused by a word right there, that had been far beyond her comprehension and she looked at Tehia with a confused and questioning expression. "Polo-what?" Crystal blurted out before shaking her head and tilting her head on the side.

"Sorry hon, don't know what it means..." She explained softly before looking at the man that was right in front of them. She pointed in his direction before dropping her hand only to put that in her jacket's pocket because it was rude to point a finger to someone. "He told me." She said thoughtfully and maybe the Nagai wouldn't understand and it was definitely something that she had no apprehension on explaining.

"Like I have explained to Elika, Kayne is not my last name, well technically it is, it's my mother's maiden name." She began thoughtfully before taking a deep breath and looking at Tehia with a faint smile. "My mother was married to a man and still is, the last time I have checked, but he is only my adopted father." Shaking her head at the thought and the whole stupidity on things and the drama she went through, she actually never felt like she belonged there anyways.

"My biological dad, whom I have met a few times, well let's just say that he is a womanizer and the biggest one I have ever heard about. Never once I have heard about having brothers from him and never once he spoke about family. All I know was that he was always there and somewhat keeping tabs on me from time to time and dropping by Alderaan or Coruscant whenever I was studying or working." She shrugged slightly it had been a while since she had indeed heard from him, not that she was in a hurry to do so. Although from time to time, they did have some meaningful conversation but beyond that, there was never that subject of family or what he did or anything.

"That one evening on Naboo, I heard the guys talking in a dialect I was familiar with, my father's, not basic at all but it's the somewhat signature of my father's family. So it got me questioning and Atlantis explained that he, Andros and Franz learnt it from fraternal twins that were Franz's cousins on his mother's side. Hence me knowing about Ares and Ryan Solaris, I guess."

*After rolling her eyes in an oh-please sort of rolling of the eyes when Crystal apologizes for interrupting her evening with her Muse, Elikapeka laughs at what she thinks is Tehia's attempt to say polygamist, nudging Crystal gently in the shoulder and whispering,* "I think she means polygamist, hon," *and then listens as her friend fills her and Tehia in on the details about her family that she knows of.

After Crystal has finished speaking, Elika purses her lips and, as she fidgets with her sleeves, says,*
"From what you've said, with your biological father never speaking about any siblings, it sounds like the chances are that he wouldn't have spoken about you with your brothers either. *Elika shrugs, admitting,* That's really just a guess though. *Reaching over and squeezing Crystal's shoulder since she has no idea how her friend feels about the situation but wants to be supportive, Elika adds as they continue following Atlantis into the parking area,* We'll just have to find out when we meet them. Or when you meet them, if you'd rather do that alone?" *Elika can't fathom what it must be like to learn that one has siblings they have never met, and so can't know whether meeting them for the first time would be something Crystal would rather do alone or with others there, and while she wants to be there in case Crystal needs her, also doesn't want to be there if her friend would rather her not be there, so hopes that she has made it clear, even though it's rather obvious, that the choice of whether she is there or not there is Crystal's.*

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Atlantis had been walking silently, too silently perhaps, definitely and that was a fact. He had so many things going through his mind right now that he didn't even know where to begin. He had one wish right now, just that one wish and it was to just lay down, not think about any of these things. Was he being selfish then and there? Probably and most definitely. It was just that one day he wanted to not think about anything, sit down and just stare at the emptiness right before his eyes, but he couldn't, he could not allow for that to happen. He had been leaning against the turbolift wall with his eyes closed while he tried to pay close attention to the occurring buzz behind him.

Sighing softly when the turbolift finally opened and when he finally caught up with the topic of conversation between the three women, he looked briefly over his shoulder in Crystal's direction. She looked so confused or maybe lost about this whole thing, about her siblings potentially coming here to Umgul and to think he dropped the news like that as if it was nothing, definitely graceful of him to do so that way. He took a deep breath and finally addressed her. "Crystal..." Atlantis began, he was certainly at a loss for words and had no idea what else to say, for all he knew she was still ticked off with him for what happened earlier.

"I... uh..." Atlantis cleared his throat and shook his head. "Elika is right." He finally said thoughtfully with a faint sigh. "Ares and Ryan never spoke of having another sibling. I am guessing that supposedly, you are older than them, or...?" Atlantis wanted to kick himself right at this instant. Very smooth Vyridian, very smooth of you. Asking a woman's age that way. Idiot! Reigning his feelings and raising his hand. "Sorry, it's not what I meant." Realizing that he apologized this time, he tentatively looked in Elika's direction with a suspicious gaze before snapping out of it and looking back at Crystal.

"What I mean is that, if you so wish, I won't tell them a thing that you are their sister, I will also tell the others not to say a thing." Atlantis walked out towards the parking area where he had parked that airspeeder and he rubbed his temple slightly as he juggled the keys in his hand after he took his from his duster's pocket. "Although they might be bound to feel a link." He tentatively said, and yes he knew it wasn't helping his cause of the situation at all but he supposed that he should tell her a few things about them besides her already knowing that they are both doctors. "They are attuned to the Force and have decent masteries in healing areas." He revealed to Crystal and consequently to all the two other women and also the protocol droid and Forseti, considering that for Connie, Katie and Forseti were there.

His gaze landed momentarily on Elika and he looked at her for the longest time, he knew that he had far more questions he needed to answer at least to her but he would definitely try to finding that right moment to address her. He blinked once and just unlocked the airspeeder, he pushed another button that opened all the doors and he looked at them. "After you, please." He stood aside to let Crystal and Connie just settle in and he looked momentarily at Elika and focused on her solely before tapping his temple once slightly and inconspicuously before scratching it to pretend he was thinking.

<< I am certain that you are seeking for more replies than what you have heard up there, I will definitely answer those whenever you have a spare moment, over coffee perhaps? >> Atlantis stood there momentarily and smiled warmly as he waited for Elika too to get settled, whoever was going to the passenger's seat or the backseat, he had no idea but he was certainly driving.

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

"Oh! Thanks sweetie." She murmured back when Elika told her what Tehia actually meant in the first place. She looked at the Nagai with a smile this time and considering what she had said earlier, that would certainly answer partially what kind of person his dad was. Not that he was a polygamist, gosh she hoped not, but then again they never really spoke in details about his life or anything, he seemed to always focus the conversation about her or about what she was doing at the current time. Up to a point, it was nice but she often wondered what he really did for a living and such.

Crystal decided to stop thinking about that because she knew that she would hit a road block sooner rather than later and she focused on what Elika was saying about how potentially her brothers did not know about her like she didn't know about them the first place. That made sense definitely and it was even somewhat reiterated by Atlantis when he started speaking.

She stopped walking a moment especially when they were by the airspeeder Atlantis had come with and she looked at Elika thoughtfully bumping her shoulder against her friend's slightly. "It would mean a lot if you were there." Crystal confessed, she had a certain apprehension that was true but then again, there were just some things she wanted to find out and who knew, maybe she would find those answers from her brothers. She looked back at Atlantis when he somewhat tried to justify himself about something, she was somewhat confused at that moment and just brushed it off, for like a lot of things, she found that things will forever be a mystery to her but she had to admit there were just a few things that called her attention. Ryan and Ares were attuned to the Force but instead of being like the Jedi here on Umgul they had decided to be doctors instead.

That was surprising to say the least but when she was about to say something, instead she said something else. "I am twenty-six, Atlantis." She told him factually before tilting her head on the side and furrowing her eyebrows slightly. "How old are they anyways?" She asked curiously but then again she decided to brush that aside and slightly shook her head. "No, it's fine you don't have to withhold anything from them." Good thing she stopped there because she was about to add something else that might turn this atmosphere into a glacial one. One that she definitely wanted to put behind and one that she wanted to forget for the time being since her main focus right now was Franz's well-being but with everything that had been happening, it was somewhat difficult.

She inclined her head slightly when Atlantis gestured for them to get inside, unwrapping her arm from around Elika's she was about to walk around to get to the passenger's seat but she stopped midway before looking at the women. "One of you want the front seat?"

*Unaware that Elly is already explainin' what she is tryin' to say, Connie tries again, looking up and frowning as she tries to remember the word she is thinking of,* "Polygimmist? Ya know, like those cone headed dudes from that one planet? Searina or somethin' like that? Where, like, they can marry, like as many wives as they want. I think it's a'cause their birth rates are low or something though. On Searina or wherever, I mean, not polygimmies in general. *Looking over to her left accusingly, Connie scolds the empty air that is not empty for her but where Katie is walking along,* You could, like, chime in anytime, Katie. You know what I'm talkin' 'bout, right? *Katie does indeed know what Connie is talking about and, after 'she' has corrected Connie's pronunciation, Connie points to where, for her, the protocol droid is walking and says,* Yeah, polygamists. And Cereans from Cerea. That's totally what I meant ta say."

'lantis wrote:"Elika is right." He finally said thoughtfully with a faint sigh. "Ares and Ryan never spoke of having another sibling. I am guessing that supposedly, you are older than them, or...?" Atlantis wanted to kick himself right at this instant. "Sorry, it's not what I meant." Realizing that he apologized this time, he tentatively looked in Elika's direction with a suspicious gaze before snapping out of it and looking back at Crystal.

"What I mean is that, if you so wish, I won't tell them a thing that you are their sister, I will also tell the others not to say a thing. They are attuned to the Force and have decent masteries in healing areas."

*Since she was talkin' ta Katie while Elly was sayin' whatever it was that she said that was right, Connie looks a little confused, but forgets that when 'lantis kinda asks about Crys' age, looking at him and putting her hand on her forehead as she shakes her head in sympathy for the fact that, despite lookin' like a supermodel, he is startin' to seem kinda clueless when it comes to women.*

"They're Forcies, huh? *Connie says after 'lantis says that Crys' brothers are attuned to the Force, then looks over at Crys, squinting as she tilts her head to the side and asks,* Does that mean you, like, are a Forcie, I mean Force Sensitive, too? Doesn't it run in families or something?"

Crys wrote: She inclined her head slightly when Atlantis gestured for them to get inside, unwrapping her arm from around Elika's she was about to walk around to get to the passenger's seat but she stopped midway before looking at the women. "One of you want the front seat?"

*Connie shakes her head, waving a hand as, guessin' Crys'll want to sit next ta 'lantis, she says,* "Nah, like, you can have shotgun, Crys, *and then happily slides into the back seat and looks over at Elly as she pats the seat next to her and says,* C'mon, hop in!"

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

*Elikapeka has a hard time not laughing as Tehia chatters about Cereans and polygamists, and even though she is somewhat used to the idea of her possessing alternate personalities, finds it surprising that, by apparently 'speaking' with her protocol droid personality, she is able to pronounce the words she had mispronounced correctly, meaning that her personalities are, Elika supposes, compartmentalized in terms of what they each know.* *Trying to get her mind around how Tehia's personalities 'work' nearly gives Elika a headache and so, when Crystal interrupts the attempt to say that she would like her to be present when she meets her brothers, she is quite grateful and smiles as she gives her friend's shoulder a gentle squeeze and says,* "Then I'll be there, hon', just let me know when and where."

*As they arrive at the speeder and she 'hears' Atlantis in her head, Elika nearly jumps in surprise even though it is something she has experienced before.* *Stopping herself before answering Atlantis verbally and unsure whether or not she can think her answer in such a way that he 'hears' it, Elika meets his eyes and nods to let him know that she would appreciate the chance to hear more about what he knows about Tehia's past since what she has heard seems to make little sense; probably due to the fact that the Nagai was recounting a version of events that is colored by what Elika assumes is her paranoia or outright delusions.* *Hopefully, Elika thinks, Atlantis knows what actually happened.

When Tehia asks if Crystal is a Force sensitive, Elika nearly answers no for her friend, but since, given that Tehia is right and, from what Elika understands, there is some kind of hereditary connection, it may in fact be entirely possible that Crystal is Force sensitive but does not know it, she holds her tongue and, recalling that other Force sensitives are supposed to be able to sense the ability or condition in others, looks over at Atlantis and arches an eyebrow inquisitively. Crystal has said before that she is not Force sensitive, but that does not necessarily preclude the possibility that she is, and Elika cannot help but, know that the question has been asked, wonder what the answer will prove to be and how her friend might react to learning that she is; but that is thinking far ahead of the current moment and Elika finds her mind returning to worrying about Franz and sorting through all of the other things that have happened since she arrived back on Umgul.*

*Smiling somewhat uncertainly when Tehia pats the seat next to her, Elika tugs at her right sleeve, wondering where, in the Nagai's mind anyway, her imaginary friends are supposed to be at the moment, looks around as she asks,* "Should I leave room for Arsene and JA-9, or . . . ?" *hoping that Tehia's answer helps her to avoid messing with the Nagai's version of reality.*

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Atlantis had been standing there by the airspeeder on the driver's side and he was mostly looking at Elika for a reaction of some sort. Though he did not miss a single beat and noticed that Connie had facepalmed, pretty sure he knew the reasons why for that. It made him shift his eyes momentarily and he definitely wasn't focusing that much and the things he really wanted to say, well they just came out wrong. Good thing it did not come to the point where he had mouth diarrhea, talking and talking would definitely make him want to dig a six feet deep hole so he could bury himself for the stupidities that might come out of his mouth.

When Elika looked into his eyes, he saw what he needed to see. A confirmation that she indeed would be down for them to meet and she even reiterated that with a nod. Atlantis smiled and nodded in return holding her to that unspoken promise that he would definitely sit down with her and just explain or answer a few things that she clearly had not grasped fully yet concerning Connie. His attention turned this time to Crystal when she gave him her age and asked in return her siblings age. So she was older than them, not really surprised there but then again she was older than him too. Not that it mattered to him anyways.

"They are twenty-five, like Andros and I." He finally replied to her question before turning to look at Connie who raised a very good question and a very good fact. He always had that mindset that being attuned to the Force was hereditary somehow but then again, Raan's parents weren't attuned to the Force but he was? There were exceptions to everything, weren't they? Crystal could pretty much be one of those exceptions too. To him, just like the rest of them that were attuned to the Force, she wasn't at all.

It was when Crystal started to walk around to get to the passenger's seat that he focused on the others and noticed that Elika had been looking at him inquisitively with an arched eyebrow. Clearly she was asking him to either confirm or infirm Connie's statement but to him there was no doubt. Crystal wasn't attuned to the Force at all, which was why he shook his head slightly to give Elika the answer that she was asking him. He crossed his arms slightly and come to think of it, how could that happen in a way? He definitely remembered being informed that the Solaris twins' father was attuned to the Force. It was puzzling, definitely puzzling to him. For now, he had decided to put that aside because knowing him more questions would spring to his mind and it wasn't the right time at all.

Atlantis snapped out of it when he noticed that Elika was tugging her sleeves, considering the revelation she had made to him that fateful night on Naboo, he understood one of the reasons why she had been doing that. Self-conscious perhaps, or just anxiety? Right now he had no idea, but he looked at her for a moment with a gaze that wondered if she was alright. He decided on the spot to perhaps lighten the mood and maybe this was going to somewhat down Connie but if there was one thing he was certain about, Elika would crisped when touched by people that she wasn't too comfortable with. He had been a witness of that after all especially when each time he had tentatively placed a hand on her shoulder, she would stiffen slightly.

"Why don't you just let Arsene and Janine sit between the both of you and you go sit at each side?" He suggested inconspicuously or maybe it wasn't that inconspicuous but given the circumstances, he wanted to facilitate things for Elika mainly. "Or if you want to drive, Elika or Crystal no problem there and I can take the backseat?" He suggested too with a smile since after all, both of them knew where the Senator's residence was located and it was Connie's first time going there.

*Connie is about ta say that Arsene likes the window seat so that she can sit next ta Elly, but before she can, 'lantis says,*

'lantis wrote:"Why don't you just let Arsene and Janine sit between the both of you and you go sit at each side? Or if you want to drive, Elika or Crystal no problem there and I can take the backseat?"

*right after which, in her version of reality anyway, 'seti gets in the backseat and grumbles something about everyone just getting in the frippin' vehicle so they can get goin'.* "Traitors," *Connie mutters sulkily since her plan has been foiled, then crosses her arms over her chest as she sits back and pouts to herself,* An', like, how come I wasn't offered ta drive? I'm an excellent driver, *then elbows the air beside her, or, in her mind, 'seti in the side when he snickers and mumbles ta him,* Well, like, I am, so I don't know what you're laughin' about, dude."

*As they get underway, Connie, not rememberin' anyone sayin' anything about where Franz was when he got whacked by the lampshade or where he and everyone with him now are, asks with a hint of nervousness in her voice,* "Hey, like, where are we goin' anyway? We're not goin' to a medcenter or anythin', are we? I, um, don't really like medcenters. I mean, like, I'll deal if that's where we're goin', but, like, it'd be good if I could, like, mentally prepare for being in one, yeah?"

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

She was very grateful that Elika was going to be there when she met her brothers. She blinked once to confirm that indeed she would let her know whenever she was bound to meet them, apparently, well she assumed that it would be soon since Franz was in need of medical help right now. Her gaze landed on Atlantis when he replied to her question about how old were her brothers. So she was definitely older than them, by a year or two considering that she was soon going on her twenty-seventh year of existence in this galaxy. She was surprised but at the same time she was wondering about many things and wondered why, just why her father turned out to be the man he was? Maybe he had changed, maybe...

Shaking her head to push those thoughts away for now, she wasn't about to start questioning or try and find excuses for her old man's attitude. It wasn't the right time and it certainly wasn't the right moment, not when her concern for Franz superseded everything right now. Although she stopped on the spot and looked at Tehia when she had been speaking to her alter personalities after she explained a few things, that was a little confusing to Crystal but after a while, it all made sense. But there was just something peculiar that she found. It looked like Tehia's personalities were definitely fragmented and perhaps each of them stored different information, or something? She wasn't sure really but she stopped thinking about that when the Nagai asked her if she was Force-sensitive because it ran in the family.

"No, I am not Force-sensitive at all." She said with assurances, she wasn't even sure how her brothers were to begin with since her father never told her that he was attuned to the Force, anyways. Or maybe it was just something that she had never asked or... Again another set of questions, it was already exhausting her her exhausted state. It was a long day and her mind was filled with questions that she did not wish to get into right now. So when Atlantis started to drag their departure, she just looked at him and sighed softly.

"Tesoro..." She began rubbing her nose slightly and looking at him with a faint smile. "Just drive, besides you know better where we should be heading, yes?" She rhetorically asked and smiled once again before getting on the passenger's side, waiting for everyone to get settled in so they could just get on with it. Tehia asked the right question and she turned to look at Atlantis waiting for his answer.

Re: Chief Financial Officer's Office

Atlantis kept bouncing the key on his hand while standing there for he was definitely waiting for someone to say something or anything considering that he had suggested every possible permutations about who should be driving and who should be sitting where. Considering what Crystal had told him though, he looked at her and inclined his head before he went on the driver's seat after he was sure that everyone was settled.

He shut the door and locked it and made sure that everyone was settled in comfortably . It was then and there that he heard Connie's question which caused him to look in behind him with an assuring smile. "No, when I left there was no talk of medcenter..." Atlantis began thoughtfully, nevertheless he still closed his eyes briefly to sense where the others were now, he got his answer immediately, they hadn't moved at all but there was something wrong.

His brother's signature had flared up quickly but it also toned down as it came. He could feel that raging torrent or annoyance from his brother and considering that he had no replies from Andros about the message he had sent him earlier, Atlantis could only speculate that it was because of that or it was definitely something else. He couldn't know, and right now, he just started to maneuver the airspeeder to exit the parking lot and set off towards their destination.

"Bliss, who is Jesse Sunsoar's wife, has a facility back at the Senator's residence and since they are all exactly where I have left them, then they haven't moved at all." He explained thoughtfully as he could feel that Ayla and Andros' signature were close to one another along with Franz and Arhiana but also Bliss was there. He also remembered that Ayla and Mace had stayed behind as the others made their way right inside of the residence but for what? He did not know, he guessed that sooner or later he would find out.

For now, just for now, he just drove in the residence's direction.
