Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damillia nodded slowly and watched Zik climb off the bed and walk into the bathroom. Was he was in there, Damillia climbed off the bed herself and just looked at her weapon as it laid upon the ground, wrapped in Zik's jacket. Even though Zik had used his power to lessen the effect of the Sith Sword, she could still feel it trying to reach and brush the darkness against her mind. The call of the blade was very tempting, so tempting, Damillia found herself reaching out toward the blade with her right hand. Before she knew it, she was standing over the blade and was reaching down to grab it.*

*With her hand nearly two feet away from the blade, she heard the door of the bathroom begin to open. She couldn't be seen as if she wanted to reach back for the dark side so she jumped backward and landed on the bed with a light thud. When Zik spoke to her, she tried to act as if nothing had happened at all and lifted a weak smile to her lips.*

"Err...I'm not sure. What's good to eat on Honoghr?"

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

To be honest, I don't go out enough to know.

*Zik pulled a black button up out of the bag and slid it on. He left two buttons open at the top and rolled up his sleeves. The fit was a little tight, but it fit him well, and didn't look half bad either. He stood and did a quick three sixty before stopping to face her directly. He smiled and put his hands in his pockets.*

Hey, everything alright?

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damillia nodded rather quickly when Zik asked if everything was alright. Maybe a little too quickly for some people. She could see him as clear as day and she couldn't deny that she found him attractive, but now that she had attempted to reach out and grab her weapon, she could feel the call growing stronger within her body. Her baby blue crystal eyes slowly began to change into a darker shade of red, but this time, she could feel the change beginning to happen.*

*Jumping off the bed, Damillia made sure not to even come close to the weapon and walked toward the door. She passed Zik and winked at him and when she reached the door, she turned to him and tried to seem as if everything was normal with her.*

"Let's go find something!"

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Well alright...

*Zik had noticed a subtle change but he wouldn't say anything. It dacame clear that leaving her alone in the same room as the sword could be very bad. He looked back for just a moment. His jacket hung on him enough that it would negate the call to anyone who hadn't touched the blade, so it would be safe to leave in the hotel room. Zik looked back in time to catch her wink and was a little taken aback by the now more bubbly Damillia that he had been with the day before. He smiled and walked up to her at the door.*

Lead the way.

*Damillia nodded once more and pulled the door open with her left hand. While she walked down the flight of stairs and into the main lobby, she could feel the sword's calling becoming weaker and weaker the further she got away from it. Once she was outside of the hotel with Zik, she could no longer hear the sword and felt her energy return to what it once was. As the sun peaked up over the horizon on Honoghr, Damillia turned to Zik and smile with her eyes watching his every movement.*

"So breakfast and a bit of training, okay?"

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Sounds good to me.

*Zik smiled and followed behind her. Watching him, she could clearly tell he was different just from the way he walked. There was a grace to each of his steps, but they also held a certain weight to them. He was glad to be away from the temple and spending time with his padawan. Not knowing where to find breakfast, Zik simply followed Damillia's lead.*

*Damillia's crystal blue eyes swept from right to left, looking for a restaurant both Zik and herself would enjoy. She looked passed a few people, standing on the tips of her toes to see the names of certain stores as she walked by. Finally, she turned around to face Zik with a rather disappointed expression on her face. Her eyes just glanced into his as she placed her hands on her hips and frowned.*

"Well, where do you usually go? I'm hungry..."

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Well...I usually just kinda make my own food when I get hungry.

*Zik looked around the street and frowned himself. He never got used to eating out at restaurants, which is probably why he had never visited Damie at work. He noticed a small little corner dive with only a few other customers and brought his arm up, pointing to it.*

How about that place?

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damie could feel her stomach rumbling slightly and it was then that she remembered that she watched Zik eat back at the hotel without having any food for herself. She wanted to kick herself for just watching as her master ate in front of her without asking for a bite to eat, but she knew that the time to eat was right around the corner. When Zik pointed toward a little corner-cafe, Damillia turned her attention toward it and smiled kindly. Her stomach was now empowering her to move faster as she glided throughout the crowd of people. When she reached the cafe, the smell of freshly baked bread and cheeses flooded her senses. She turned toward Zik and smiled again with her cheeks a bright shade of red.*

"It looks perfect!"

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Good

*Zik held the door open for Damillia then walked in after her. Letting her pick the seats, he took a seat on one side of the table and looked around at everyone and everything inside of the diner. He looked over the menu then up at the waitress.*

Uh...Yes ma'am, I'd like a cup of caf, black.*He nodded to Damie* And whatever she wants.

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damillia thanked Zik with a beaming smile on her lips when he held the door open for her and allowed her to enter the cafe first. The scent of freshly made food washed over her like a wide and fast moving shockwave. Each breath seemed to take her deeper into a hungered state and when she sat down with Zik, she grabbed at the menu with both hands and carefully studied it. Her crystal blue eyes were darting from item to item, and it looked like she was having a hard time deciding what she wanted to eat today. Damillia's growling stomach didn't help the matter any but when her eyes fell the steak picture, she knew she absolutely had to have it. When the waitress approached the two of them, Damillia closed her menu, folded her hands and looked up at the woman with her eyes nearly catching the light perfectly.*

"Can I have the streak with a salad as my side? Well-done and with a glass of ice water? Thank you."

*Zik was quiet while Damie ordered and for a short while after his caf arrived. In his head, he was going over what he would teach Damillia for their training today. What he knew about yesterday told him that it would be a good idea to work on control exercises and more of the philosophy of the Jedi and Sith that cause the two sects of Force Users.*

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*While the waitress walked off to fulfill her order, Damillia turned her attention down to her hands, which she had just set on the table in front of her. She was still wearing the lightly padded combat gloves just purchased from Talos IV just before venturing off in her quest to find her brother. She held them in the same manner she did in the hotel, closed her eyes, and began to meditate and focus. The world around her began to melt away as she cleared her mind and began to focus on what she had in plan for her life: The conversion of her brother from the Dark Side of the Force. It had been a while since she set that goal in her life, but what would really happened when she finally faced him in one-on-one combat? Damie knew if she had the upper hand and defeated him, she could never deliver a fatal blow, but was Zalera the same? If he disarmed her and broke her spirit, would he kill her or worse, try to lure her back to the Sith Order?*

*Damillia knew she would rather give her life than turn back to that evil and tainted order, but would that be the end all for her when they fight? Damie slipped deeply unto her meditation and had a vision of her brother standing before her, his white robes blowing in the wind of Taris as an aura of darkness began to swarm around his body. It was as if even the air around his body was affected by the massing void forming with the confines of his physical body. Damillia couldn't take her eyes off his. The burning shade of yellow reached deep into her heart and threatened to pull her entire being apart. His face was completely hidden by the shadow of his white hood, but Damillia could clearly sense that it was Zalera standing before her.*

*The man had a certain aura around him and when the two of them reunited with each other, Damillia could not forget it. Ever. Damillia looked around for a weapon when her brother produced a black bladed weapon with a white jewel-crested hilt. There was nothing around her nor was there anything in her surroundings that she could use to defend herself with. The second she took her eyes off her older brother, she felt a massive burst of Force energy, which caused her to snap her attention back in his direction. When Damillia looked back over, she was just saw the black blade sweeping thru the air, aiming to sever her neck from her body....*

*Damilia's eyes popped opened suddenly as she was barely able to contain the scream that wanted to find its way out of her lungs. Her hands clutched tightly to her end of the table as she stared into Zik's eyes. The overwhelming fear of death began to wash over her as she sat in the middle of the cafe; people now looking in her direction to see what was going on. Instead of having an outburst, Damillia took a few deep breaths and forced herself to relax.*

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Just relax right now, training is for after breakfast, not before.

*Zik took a sip of his caf and looked over the rim to some of the patrons around who had glanced over. They all went back to their meals and Zik looked back at Damie. What had happened was more then enough proof to Zik that he needed to teach Damie how to center herself when there was a lure of the darkside near, and how to compress her fears so that she can focus.*

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damillia nodded her head and sighed to herself when she tried to relax. The vision she just had felt so real. She actually could smell the spice in the wind and could feel it brushing against her cheek as she stared into the demonic eyes of her older brother, Zalera. Did she imagine all of this or was she honestly looking into her future? If so, things were not going to work out the way she planned, but she couldn't give up. Even if she ended up murdered by the hands of Zalera, she would at least try to bring him back from the Dark Side. Damie's crystal blue eyes just looked down at the table in front of her as the two of them waited upon their food.*

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Zik put his caf down and reached across the table, patting her shoulder lightly with a smile. Zik knew where Damie was in her life, and understood he eagerness to get her training moving, but if she didn't take time what she saw would come to pass. The future was an ever changing thing, and having spent time with Anna had shown Zik that. The imprint the seer had left on him showed a bond he didn't share with anyone else. He leaned back in his seat.*

You gonna keep working at the restaurant?

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

*Damillia's baby blue eyes looked up at Zik when he mentioned the restaurant back in the heart of Nystao. By now, she knew that news had gotten around about her murder of the man that wanted to sexually assault her. She knew it was self-defense, but the way she killed him? Not a person alive deserved a death like that. Myabe it was for the best that Damillia remained hidden in the temple, with Zik, and trained day in and day out.*

"I don't think my boss would want a murderer working for him..."

*Damie was thankful that Zik was here for her now, but would he stay? The young woman found herself attracted to the man, but would he only turn out like Ishmael did back on Mustafar? Ishmael hadn't been a thought in Damie's mind into now and while she thought about what had happened back on Mustafar, she seemed to sink down into her chair and stared at Zik with dull blue eyes.*

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

What did I say yesterday about smiling hmm?

*Zik could see something different in her face, but it looked to be bothering her just as much as the vision she had just seen. Zik, like Damie, found himself attracted to her, but for Zik, things were different. The only other constant woman in his life was his little sister, Nyanna. Zik was not sure how to show affection as it had never been a common thing in his life, so all he knew to do was show her that he wasn't going anywhere.*

Well, as long as I call Honoghr my home, I'm not going anywhere.

*Damillia gazed upward into Zik's eyes and a smile finally began to pull at the left corner of her lips. If he was really going to stick around with her, Damie would see this thru to the end. She sat upright in the booth and cupped her hands together then rested her chin against them. With her elbows resting on the surface of the table, she replied to her master.*

"And I'm not going anywhere either...as long as you'll have me."

Re: Colosseum de L'Ange Tombé

Wouldn't have it any other way.

*Zik smiled then polished off his cup of caf as the waitress brought out Damie's food. The woman smiled and grabbed a pot to fill Zik's cup back up. Looking between them she spoke.*

=Waitress=
Well aren't you two just the cutest couple.

*Zik immediately sank down into his seat turning bright red. Were they a couple? He didn't know. He hadn't even talked to Damie about feeling or what she thought of him in general. He hadn't looked over to Damie, waiting to see if she spoke or turned as red as he had.*
