*Eli looked up away from his pistol, the bud in his ear set ablaze by the panic that could be traced back to the communications received in the comm room. Holstering the pistol and leaving the cleaning material on the table, he stood and placed his palm on the light, it's motion stopping as the turmoil was yet to begin.*
*Picking up the scatter gun, the sword sheathed on his back and laying cross wise with the bowcaster, Eli walked away from the table and headed towards a door in the back of the room. Resting the scatter gun on his shoulder, Eli pressed in the alarm button adjacent to the door and kicked the door outward. He was quickly embraced by the arid gusts that drew across the sands of Hok, met with a smile as he placed the sunglasses on the bridge of his nose.
Walking out to the speeder that laid, in parked position, next to the fortress, Eli slid the scatter gun into the bike mounted holster and stepped up onto the bike, placing his fingerless gloved hands on the steering mechanism. With the quick thrust of his shoulders, the bike took off in a race of speed as he trailed behind other speeders that had left only moments before him. His brown coat whipped against his back, caught between Eli's purpose and the intent of the environment to slow him down.*
*Eli knew there was trouble to occur, otherwise, there would have been no need for his appointment to the location. You don't send someone like Eli to just sit around and clean the facilities. He had a sense of impending destruction overwhelm his thoughts, but until that moment, they were cast aside as merely emotions for the horrid condition of the location. The idea of nature hardly formed a shadow of a thought when the world they were on seemed to show no signs of it.*
