*Bec and the Díszőrség walked down the ramp leading into Csaplar and then through the streets towards the space port. One of the Díszőrség brought up directions to the specified landing pad and gave directions, leading them through some short cuts and making it to the landing pad, no doubt just as the clawcraft was landing.
Bec stood at the head of the Díszőrség, who were ready to protect Bec's life if the need should arise*

*Brontin pilots his craft gracefully down from orbit towards Csaplar, still more than a little unsettled by the summons that had brought him back to Csilla. Patching his fighter's computer into the local navigational grid, he locates the designated landing pad and gently brings the Clawcraft in for a landing. Deactivating its systems, save for heat, he waits to be instructed on what to do next.*

Well, nothing much as happened really. I came into office about 5 years ago now, the Ascendancy has had a few population raises and drops, and we fended off invasion from the Dark Tide, a Sith Faction from the known galaxy, a few years ago now. We've also taken down a terrorist cell within the Ascendancy and just repelled another invasion by the Togorians not 24 hours ago. We are presently on high alert once again from possible invasion by an alliance of Unknown Regions aliens. To be perfectly honest, we're going to need all the hands we can get on this one.

*Bec smiled as Brontin got out and made his remarks*
"Indeed I am, the name is Aristocra Rebecca of the Prar House. Alas no, you won't be shot, not today at least. I had a brief look at your record. I must say that although your crime was quite...unacceptable....I think the punishment was rather undeserved, especially in this day and age." Aristocra Rebecca
*Bec paused for a moment, as if considering something*
"The Chiss have found themselves in a rather unsavoury predicament recently, for the first time in history all our enemies are amassed against us. Although this would not normally matter, years of war, missing leadership and an exiled family have left us weak. But now, we are rebuffing our numbers and returning our strength. But we could not truly achieve this, without calling back all our people. We have reviewed many cases of exiles, noting most were more harm to previous governments, then they would be to ours. I can offer you a chance. A chance to reclaim the name that was unjustly stripped from you and your record cleared, in the name of The Chiss and The Chiss Ascendancy!" Aristocra Rebecca
*Bec spoke with a growing and increasing passion, a passion for her people and house. Her brothers had built an empire, that she was not going to let crumble when faced with foes*

*Brontin stands quietly, thinking the matter over.*
So in an effort to stave of devastating war, the Ascendancy is calling on those that it previously drove out and condemned to wandering among the lesser races.
*He levels a serious look at the Aristocra.*
For all the talk of past governments, this one seems much the same. I count for little until I am needed. I'll fight for Csilla, so go ahead and see that my record is cleared. My name is Brontin though, I don't need to reclaim any other.

*Bec made no visible change of attitude towards Brontin. She never liked dealing with exiles, especially since most were all from Thrawn's house*
"Actually, Brontin, We are calling upon those that others drove out and condemned to wandering among the lesser races. I should imagine your view might change when you see our people are no longer ruled over by power hungry fools, willing to exile their fellows for ridiculous crimes. Aristocra Thrawn will give you your orders from here on out, but remember, you are not forced to stay" Aristocra Rebecca
*Bec nodded to Brontin before turning and leaving, her guards in tow. They headed back to the CEDF Main Base, to resume preparations for the coming war*

*Thrawn couldn't but smile at the quest. Yes...what now indeed. Clearing his throat and rubbing his cane between both hands in a spinny action, he said.*

We press on, as we always have. He take what we can and defeat our enemies as they come to us. And as we become surrounded in enemies, we must make sure we have our friends at our backs.

*Getting up slowly, Thrawn wince as he put pressure on his sore leg and said.*

I have some important matters to attend to my dear, but feel free to make your way to the CEDF main base...the Nuruodo house has set up a war ministry there where my office is. If you wish to get further caught up in local events as well. You could also make an appointment with Aristocra Rebecca of the Prar house if you want to meet the only other Aristocra apart from myself.

*Bowing slightly forward towards the young and beautiful woman, Thrawn turned and began limping his way to an awaiting speeder not far away, where he made off towards the trams that connected Csaplar to Ac'siel.*

*Freyja nodded and stood up allowing him to leave, she had something as a surprise for her house. She had in the time she was gone been working on a new ship, so top secret that part of her memory was wiped clean of what she had been doing for those years upon her discovery of life beyond their realm. Something that didn't just but now glimpse back into her head.

She begins to walk towards the CEDF Base as fragments begin to flood back into her mind. She had a long travel ahead of her so she began her travel to said base to meet the others and get more of an idea of what was going on.*

Re: Csaplar

*On the edges of the dome city of Csaplar rested the estate of House Lunak. A small vessel circled the estate before guiding through the ovular entrance of the private family hangar, set apart from the primary residential home. There was a constant deep thrumming hum, as though the very air of the warren itself vibrated from the advanced technology of the Chiss.

Though it was far warmer within the city, there was still frost that gathered on the large oblong windows, and as the small vessel's landing gear made impact with the pad, large sheets of ice were shaken free from its wings. The shielded hatch lifted open, exposing the cockpit and the pilot within. Kyyx stood and stepped smoothly out onto the nose of the fighter even as several droid attendants came forward to attend to the ship.

The hangar was filled with many of her father's ships, but most looked as though they had not been used in decades. There was one, however, that gleamed, one that had been prepared for their arrival. The cruiser was a sign of prestige and wealth, even though it had been outfitted for military use.

She didn't care for it, because it had been his. But, the situation required that she have a larger vessel. She turned back towards her two apprentices emerging from the Skipray.*

Re: Csaplar

*Taera tried hard not to be impressed as she followed the Sith. She'd seen some fairly impressive places--although it was usually the interior of a bedchamber--but none quite like this. The hangar was huge and full of rather unused ships, tons of them. Why? Why were they just sitting there? She didn't understand that but it must be nice to have the credits to keep them all.

The temperatures here were a bit chillier than she was used to. She wished she had a jacket but she refused to show any form of weakness in front of Laele. The Chiss's statement seemed to be something of an understatement.*

"Nice place," *Taera muttered beneath her breath.*

Re: Csaplar

*Something creaked, deep within the hangars. There was activity among the old ships and someone deep inside the residence itself had taken notice. Someone that most would assume to be dead. But no. This one was very much alive. A few security droids made their way into the hangar bay, silently edging through the halls with padded footsteps. Behind them, a cloaked figure followed. Red eyes peered out and glowed. A mess of dark hair fell haphazardly in front of them and a blue hand lifted to brush it aside.

This one strode with purpose. He had sensed her return and he wondered what drew her here. She was not alone. More dark students, perhaps. He waited in the entrance hall, for her to reach him. His hand at his side, resting upon one of the knives that he loved so much to play with. Sharp canine-teeth were bared as he smiled to himself ferally.*

*Back from leaving him so soon? Did she perhaps miss him? No, he knew she thought him dead. Bringing with her cronies and apprentices. He tsked softly to himself and just awaited for her to come nearer. To come closer to him. How would she claim it, how he did wonder. DId she really think that she could just walk back in unnanounced? As if she was the last heir of a long-forgotten, fetid and despised house? The house that had fallen to pieces from the inside out. Oh, how she was very much like Kade.

This would be most enjoyable, perhaps. Or perhaps not. His eyes watched from the blackest void that was the dark that covered the back of the hangar halls. He knew she'd feel him.

Soon.*

Re: Csaplar

*Kyyx lowered herself from the fighter and took a few steps towards the hall to the main house, then slowed to a stop. The place had a dark feel to it, an echo of a violent past, but the violence had not left it entirely. The presence she felt, though as twisted and dark as any she had known, was still familiar to her. She raised her hand to keep Taera or Rhel from proceeding any further.*

"I should not have brought you here."

*Her voice was sinister in its softness, chilling for the unknown implication. She looked over her two apprentices, then back into the darkness where the hangar light did not reach. She took a step forward, then quickened her pace until she was engulfed within the shadows of the unlit hall. His eyes, similar to her own, pierced the darkness before his greyblue features took form. She halted before him.*

"...Blood of my blood."

Re: Csaplar

*Closer, dearest sister. Come closer. Did you think you'd be so easily forgotten? Leave and come back without a moment's notice why don't you. Cast your spell on me now with your darkest arts of purest black? Her words would not easily sway him back. Flesh of his flesh and blood of his blood indeed. He moved close to her within a split second, his hand out and grasping her by the wrist. Sharp nails digging into the blue-grey flesh.*

"Do you still feel, sister? Still bleed as I do? You've been gone so long, I thought you might have forgotten."

*Darkness filled the room now. His eyes sparked with hints of deeper ruby red and almost black. The anger rolling off of him was almost tangible and his face was contorted into a half-sneer, half-smirk. The curse of the Nagai had befalling this half-breed. THe crazedness that came from being too deep and too dark underground. From losing a mother and a father from what he felt was his own hand. His own fault.

But secrets were meant to remain that way, hidden in dark corners. Not to be revealed to the world. He did not pull back his cloak but remained hidden beneath it. He let go of her arm and lifted his nail to his tongue, licking it slightly. Yes. Same taste as his own.*

"Sister, dearest sister. Welcome back. Did you miss me? Miss being here among all your ghosts that you decided to abandon? Why, you don't seem happy to see me. Are you worried I'll harm your little minions?

*Oh and he would if he had to. But there was no reason to kill them. They were smart enough to stay back out of this family fight. Especially considering he still had control of this place. HIs sister had been gone for far, far too long to realize that he had changed a few things around.*

Re: Csaplar

"There were days in which I had forgotten everything."

*She spoke the admission through gritted teeth, but she did not pull away from her brother as he bruised her flesh. She felt the skin give way as his nails pierced the surface, but stranger and stranger still, she seemed to allow it.*

"The CEDF had reported you dead."

*She had seen the records herself when last she had visited Csaplar. But she had known better, hadn't she? She had never expected to never see him again, never thought of herself as the last Lunak. No matter how far she had run, she could sense her other half. The others would see a twisted, dangerous beast that only passed as humanoid, but all Kyyx could see was her brother, the only one that had ever saved her and damned her in one single moment of passion.*

"There is joy, and there is fear, and there is anger. It is pure, and I will not hide from it as I did when we were children. I am not a Jedi any longer. Riski-"

*An overwhelming trill echoed throughout the hall and hangar, interrupting whatever it was she had been about to say. She moved away from her brother and back into the hangar where a wall panel was announcing an urgent call on the emergency line. It flashed her name.

What dark chaos was this? Who could have known she had arrived on Csilla only minutes ago? With a growl, she answered the call and read the data that scrolled impossibly fast past her glowing eyes. Her scowl gradually faded, and her brows raised.

A vile string of curses in her native tongue flowed from her lips. After a moment, she clicked the message off and turned first to her brother, then to her two apprentices.*

"Rhel, Green Eyes, your next lesson will have to be postponed further yet, but you will have to learn quickly once we arrive. There is a shift in power, and yet events are falling into line as though by an unseen hand. I have been called to lead the armies of the Sith Empire, though we are too far from Korriban. We will have to leave immediately to make it in time. Get on the cruiser."

*She neared RIski, then gently rested her hands against either side of his face, as she had once done when he was smaller than her.*

"You must come with us. I need your experience. I need my brother with me, and cannot be parted now. This reunion wasn't by chance alone."

Re: Csaplar

*She approached him, speaking of the days before. Of the fact that he had more or less disappeared from existence. Could she actually believe that? Believe that he had vanished without her feeling it? He knew that the connection was still there. How else would he have made it through all those years? His hatred of his family fueled him. He felt betrayed by her.

His throughts were rudely interrupted by the shrilling alarm on the wall. So she thought she still owned house Lunak? He sneered to himself as he watched her scurry towards the message. Really. He could see no difference from when she was younger except maybe the fact that she seemed to carry herself with more authority. Ptah. As if she thought that would change everything?*

*Her hands against his cool skin startled him slightly and his own hands snapped up to grab her arms. His eyes flashed with the purest anger he'd felt in a while coupled with all the pain from before. He threw his head back and snarled at her. His hood fell away, revealing unkept hair and a scarred face. Crazed red eyes peering back at her. His face was unshaved and unkept. But her hands stayed against his cheeks. The halfbreed stared into her eyes for a moment, not speaking and letting her words sink into his mind.*

"You didn't need me before when you left me here, sister dearest. Why should I follow now in your moment of need? You never did it for me... *he whispered her name into her ear* Lunak'yyx'aele. But I will cede to your wishes. If you want me that bad, then so be it. I do not promise you to follow your orders nor do anything on your bidding. Do you understand? You don't get to order me around."

*Then a smile crossed his face as he looked into her eyes. Touching her cheek for a moment. Sanity returned for a brief moment. Eyes piercing hers. Something about this place had made him go mad and the mere thought of leaving the blood-stained walls and floors made him relax.*

Re: Csaplar

*Her elation at his acquiescence was overshadowed by the pain of his words. A maelstrom of mixed emotions fought for dominance, until one finally surfaced the victor. Fury. She trembled with it beneath his touch.

His anger had only served to fuel her own. She felt defensive in her guilt, stung by his accusation. She hissed in low, hard tones, working to keep her voice from carrying.*

"Clearly, you have no idea why I left, or how it tormented me. Never seeing you, not knowing what would become of you, wrenched my heart in a way that has never healed, but it was preferable to what the Jedi would have done to you if I had stayed. I will not be the one to bury your corpse."

*She inhaled a sharp breath and closed her eyes. It was the worst pain she could imagine. She had thought herself past the feeling of loss. She could not show that weakness in front of the eyes of her students. Her eyes opened to look sidelong at them now, and she muttered under her breath so that only Riski was near enough to hear.*

"I will dominate all others, but I will never presume to rule you, my brother. You know what I want, but I ask for no favors. Stay with me only if it is your desire, so that I will owe you nothing, just as you owe me nothing. That is the only relationship I dare keep with anyone."

*The worst of her heat having vented, a dark smile now tugged at her mouth. She took his hand in her own and felt the cold build up of power as their dark energies flowed through their palms.*

"You always knew what we were supposed to become."

*She released his hand as the last of the droids she had ordered loaded the cruiser with her personal arsenal of weapons as taken from the cargo of her two fighters; mostly practice swords and various small blades, and a number of explosive devices. Rhel would require armor once they reach Korriban. Green Eyes, she wasn't so certain, she needed to see how she held her own in a fight. Armor might get in her way.

A pair of lighsabers in need of repair also made it aboard the cruiser, another errand for Korriban. Time would be in short supply. It already was. She had not even had a spare moment to see the neglected manor. She glanced back to Riski. No. She had seen it, well enough, and she was taking it with her.

She turned and followed her two apprentices to board the Crescent Mark II Transport, "Icebreaker." It was going to be a glorious war.*

Re: Csaplar

*So this was how it was supposed to be, then, Rage between siblings. A bond once formed strong now breaking into tiny shattered pieces. Yes, something once so beautiful was now darkened. Not that he nor his sister's state of mind helped anything much. BUt that pure darkness, that pure rage... he had known it for so long, he fed upon it. This wasn't so much a destruction of the old but a building of a new relationship.

A twisted, evil and psychotic bond. Yes. He drew himself to his full height and strode after his sister towards the ship. Sparks of energy fluxing through him from their previous exchange. The hilt of his blade shone in the light of the hangar as he walked out from the blackness. The pale features of his skin were apparent that it had been a while since he'd seen actual sunlight.

He stared at the ship for a moment. Eyeing its shape and its form. He closed his eyes and let the Force fill him for the first time fully in a long while. A saber flew to his hand. He tested it for a moment, frowned and threw it back upon the pile. He shrugged his hair back and made his way near the ship, completely ignoring anyone else as his military-issue boots clinked against the floor.*

Re: Csaplar

*Uneasily, Taera had watched the meeting unfold. Laele's words had been both cryptic and worrisome. Shouldn't have brought them here? Had they done something wrong or was who- or whatever lurked in the shadows that terrifying? She watched them curiously, warily, one hand resting on the grip of her blaster pistol. Just in case.*

*Green Eyes? Eh, it was better than Runt and certainly much better than the other names she'd been called over the years. Taera turned to obey her master, occasionally throwing looks over her shoulder at the two Chiss. Both knew each other, that was clear, and their body language during their conversation indicated they were very close. Lovers? Family, maybe? Old friends? It didn't matter much, really. All that she knew was that now there were two males on board the ship and at least one of them had the same desire she had: Power.

This would be a very interesting trip.*
