Re: Hanger Bay

"It shouldn't be too hard. We'd be doing them a favor by making the building safer. All that weight can't be good."

*I glanced around, and caught sight of the grandiose artwork through the doorway to the foyer. Attracted like a bug to a light, I began to walk in that direction, leading our little group forward. There were a lot of scary looking guards hovering around, but with this big a crowd, you could hide almost any degree of criminal activity, or, of you were spotted, escaping any pursuit would be a cake walk.*

"But let's go! I'm thirsty, we're fashionably late, and the good Captain is probably on his third drink."

*I reached up to touch the miniaturized earpiece communicator that should have been in my right ear, just to check that I had a good connection to my faithful droid. It wasn't there. I panicked for about a quarter of a second, then remembered, and pick the device out of the hem of my dress. Nestling it into my ear, I pushed the tiny test button, and heard a reassuring double chirp from Scrappy, back on the Unfair Advantage. All good.*

*Satisfied in my security precautions, I allowed myself to join festive spirit as we pushed our way into the Foyer.*

=Thomas=
No, y'all go ahead, I'm not needed in there anyway.

*The young man watched the spacers exit the hangar, standing awkwardly in the middle of the open space. He looked around for a moment, until he saw his contact - another young man of similar size, dressed in black leather. Both men smiled and shook hands.*

=Thomas=
Hey man, where were you?

=Contact=
Sorry boss, got hung up gettin' my pants on. Zippers are evil bastards.

=Thomas=
I don't want to know.

=Contact=
No you don't. Hey, was that-?

=Thomas=
Yes it was, but don't go and blow your cover. I've got a plan. All things in good time.

=Contact=
Right on. Wanna play poker, maybe watch a movie?

=Thomas=
Yes, yes I do. Lead on!

*The two men walked away and vanished into a small ship nearby.*

Re: Hanger Bay

*A sleek Arakanian A-2 fighter slowly began its descent into the Sithies hangar bay. Inside, Altus Dux was trying to convince his little astromech droid, Reddie,to follow him into the foray of people that he didn't know. Of course, that wasn't going so well. It had taken Altus long enough just to get the damn tuxedo that he was wearing right now, let alone to be convinced to not bring along any weaponry. Except of course the black-hilted lightsaber that Adi had given him. For "ceremonial" purposes.

Oh, well. All Altus knew was that he was fashionably late. A Jedi was never truly late, they were always there when needed. But he wasn't quite a normal Jedi. He did things on impulse.*

"Confound it, Reddie, come along with me. I need the company, you know."

*The droid was stubborn. Altus would have asked again if it wasn't for the ejector seat going off and him flying straight up towards the top of the hanger. Plummeting down, the chute came out in time but got caught on one of the nearby ships. A big one at that. So now he was in his chair, tangled in one of the ropes and dangling down from a freighter that seemed to be falling apart at the seams. He sighed, tugging at the rope that chafed around her right wrist and muttering under his breath.*

"Why the kriff does this always happen to me."

*His lightsaber flew to his hand and he pressed the activation button, watching as the golden blade easily sliced through the restraint that kept him prisoner. Falling back, he let the Force fill him. Focusiing all his energies inside himself. Making himself lighter than air and floating gently down to the ground. Landing on his feet, he brushed himself off before turning off his lightsaber with a snap. Putting it back on his belt, he waved at Reddie to signal he was alright, rolled his eyes and headed in towards the main hall.*

A Firespray-XF-class blastboat entered the Hangar and out came Jostan wearing his armor with no Helmet. He guided his way to the Main Hall just awaiting to view this event.

Re: Hanger Bay

*Maximus walked into the hangar bay, rather intoxicated, and escorting a very pretty Mercedes Asari. Thoughts were racing through his head, some dirty, others dirtier. Hewondered if Sinistra had left with the Stark, or if she had been gracious enough to leave it behind. After a few moments of a visual search, he found the Stark... But he also saw a problem.*

Kenobi's Beard... Doesn't anyone know how to park?

*Between the Stark and the exit to the hangar was a junkyard of ships, each one of them cramped into an area smaller than it should have been. Even if he had managed to get the ship off the hangar bay, there was no chance he would be leaving soon.

Trying to maintain his cool, he searched the hangar bay for another option. Nothing... Nothing... Nothing... Bingo! Over in the corner of the hangar bay was a peculiar blue box with the word "police" written on it. Maximus didn't know why it was here since it couldn't have been a ship, but it looked big enough for... things. Maximus leaned over, and softly whispered in Mercedes' ear.*

You know, we don't need a bathroom, particularly.

*He motioned to the mysterious blue box and waited for Mercedes' response.*

*Seeing where his train of thought was going, Mercedes grinned. She snatched his collars up in her fists and pulled him in for a savage kiss. As she pulled back, she looked behind her at the ship in question.* "I am afraid, Lord Fett, that I am poorly skilled with ships and the sort. I don't suppose, for the sake of adventure and...conquest...that you could unlock this metal box, and perhaps rid it for departure?" *Her cold eyes burned brightly with a sense of child-like enthusiasm and mischief.*

Re: Hanger Bay

*Before Maximus knew it, there was a yank on his collar and he was pulled deep into a kiss. As he got lost in Mercedes's kiss, his hands inadvertently found her hips, and pulled her closer. But that was it, for the sake of family-friendly reading. Seriously, have you watched television lately? There is stuff more graphic than this on PBS.

As the kiss ended, Maximus found himself looking back at the blue box. He heard Mercedes call him Lord Fett, a name that he despised. He had tried for many years to escape the name, and the legacy that went with it.*

Please, call me Max. And I do believe that I can do something about that box...

*Laughing to himself, Maximus led Mercedes over to the mysterious blue box. Was it actually a ship? Or was it just an oddly placed blue box? Whatever it was, it was about to be occupied. Maximus put his hand on the small of Mercedes's back and pulled her into another kiss before opening the door for her.*

Re: Hanger Bay

*Giddy and eager, Mercedes scampered into the 'blue box', turning to draw Max in quicker.*

"Max, huh? In front of all the big-bads too?" *Her laugh was more a drunken cackle as she thought of the Dark Tide Lords and thier 'overbearing evilness'.* *Not so, she thought. She had bonded irreversibly with one, stolen another's heart, and judging by tonight, had stolen a soft spot in the big one, and might steal some admiration from this one. Who needs the neighborhood when you can make in-house rounds? For a split seconds, Mercedes pondered her chances with the woman-lord should the time arise.* *Quickly, she snapped back to and darted around the inside, giggling and hushing her self, sneaking around corners and checking for inhabitants.*

Re: Hanger Bay

Lord Maximus, when the situation calls for it. But for now... You can call me whatever you want.

*As Mercedes hurried into the blue box, Maximus thought of the others. This was Nexus' apprentice and Vale's former lover. It stopped him for a moment, and then he realized that it didn't matter. Vale was dead, and Nexus was, well, not involved.

As Maximus followed Mercedes into the box, the door shutting behind them. What happened on the inside was only limited to the imagination. On the outside, the blue box started pulsing and flickering, before slowly fading away completely, disappearing from the Hangar Bay.*

*Darth Andor's Nemesis-Class Patrol Cruiser soared into the Hanger and landed with a release of steam and air. The landing ramp extended and Andor emerged. He had supposedly been nominated for "Best Rookie." Andor found it only polite enough to come view the Awards in person than listen to them over the HoloNet or something.

Andor nodded to the guards and walked inside.*

Lamia laughed at Rhea as she dragged her out of the foyer. She stopped as the fresh night air smelled amazing. Lamia took a long deep breath and looked at her friend, who was still holding Hevn's hand and pulling him with them.

Isn't it glorious out here tonight? I love the smell of the night air here. Reminds me of... I don't know... but it's pleasant... don't you think so Rhea?

Re: Hanger Bay

*I did as Lamia asked, I took a deep breath and immediately my head began to spin and my stomach began to lurch, oh force no, not…noooo…..I couldn’t stop it, it hit me like a brick wall, , I turned, holding my hair away from my face and was bent over as I began to vomit, it would not stop, it was like an endless fountain, my face became all clammy, I squeezed down upon Hevns hand as it began to stop, there was nothing coming up now, it was just the muscles reacting, thankfully I had some napkins in my bag from the main hall, napkins and mints, I released his hand and straightened myself up, then clasping the mirror in my bag, I looked at myself and cringed, I dabbed myself with the napkin, took a mouthful of the liquor to rinse my mouth…

Before turning back, I quickly reapplied my lipstick and chewed upon a mint, turning back to Lamia and Hevn, I smiled feeling rather embarrassed…*

I am sorry, I think no more drink for me, I am sorry…

Lamia rolled her eyes as her friend bent over and spewed the contents of her stomach over the bushes in the side yard of the hall.

Oh for Force sake, Rhea... I should have known this was going to happen.

Lamia looked at Hevn and laughed.

You had to challenge her. She can't hold her liquor, and never has been able to. She gives it a go every time though, and we always end up here.

Lamia looked at Rhea again.

I am NOT kissing you tonight.. just putting it out there.

Re: Hanger Bay

*It was a highly sobering event to the ears, and the eyes, as well as the nose actually. Vomit splashing all over the hangar floor, and the bile's fumes rising up to choke Bedrovelse's nose. He turned his head aside, and allowed his hand to be squeezed quite powerfully in fact, and he endured as longer and longer the vomit spilled from her mouth.

Hevn sighed, releasing her hand. He smiled politely toward Rhea, and then to Lamia as well. There was a way about his glance toward the vomit, and then the ship that looked completely resigned to the idea of continuing the party. Scratching Rhea's back gently, he wrapped that arm around her, and gave her a quick squeeze. Stepping away from Rhea now, he nodded toward Lamia.*

*All of those silly bubbly feelings inside of him popped in an instant. The vomit was effectively like throwing a needle as hard as you might into a pool of balloons, and the force of one popping reacting violently enough to snap the others all in one foul sweep. Hevn would find his steps straight, his sight clear, and his rationale cleansed.*

*The bottle remained unopened, and he let it drop to his side, glancing at the label to see if it were even worth keeping. Deciding that it could perhaps measure up to the quality of liquor that his private stash consisted of, he gripped the bottle a little bit tighter.

Lamia had seemed to take the event in good humor, and at least he could respond in kind. He smiled politely to Lamia, and sighed again.*

" I apologize dearly for what my challenge has done to your friend. I feel rather as though perhaps it is time for me to retire from our little party though, as you friend would most likely appreciate your help in making sure the rest of the night runs...smoothly. I had an excellent time to night, and would love very much if we could do this again some time soon. Thank you very much for a good time girls. Have a very good night, and may the force serve you well. "

*Barring literally seizing Bedrovelse walking away from them, he would manage his way toward his own ship, and be on his way.*

*He was going? He was really really going? Hell no, I was not ready to end the party, no way, feeling a lot better now, I looked toward Lamia and gave her a nod and laughed, I moved toward Hevn grabbed him by the elbow and began to pull him by the elbow to pull him into the ship…*

Where the force do you think you are going? Come on, it was just a little sick, I am fine now, no more sick, I promise, you are going to party with us and you will enjoy yourself, Lamia and I are very hospitable, I can assure you…

Lamia frowned and moved toward Hevn. She wrapped her arm around his and traced her finger along his cheek, pouting ever so slightly.

You don't really want to go, do you? I mean, it was a little setback. I promise she is fine now. There is so much fun to be had. I promise you...

Lamia looked at him and batted her eyelashes at him.

What do you say... come on in... I will make some tea and we can.. chat...

*See? Fun to be had, Lamia knows me better than I know myself, really, if she says I am fine, I am fine, come on, you were having such fun, are you really sure you want it to end? Nooo, of course you are not, really, like Lamia said, she will make the tea’s, I will make the sammiches, and we will have a lovely tea party…

I leant back a little and looked at his firm bottom and with a whip of my hand, I slapped it, cupping it firmly after giving it a little squeeze …

Now get on that ship!*

Lamia pulled them aboard the ship, not giving them any choice in the matter. Lamia wasn't ready for the party to end. Hevn just needed to be pushed in the right direction. She smiled and gave Rhea a devious look.

Rhea, lets go for a ride. Fire this baby up, would you? I don't want to go home yet!
