*Governor Altair bowed before Aristocra Thrawn*
"Well to my memory we currently have no governor of Csaplar or Ilum. We also lack a minister of Science in both the military and economical sector's since both men have disappeared. As far as i am aware there is also several other area's that could permit having Ministers assigned, specifically aspects of the economy, since we have a grand rebuilding to do. As for Ilum, I believe our resources there are untouched" Altair
*Phoenix smiled at Jev'jurr, he smiled slightly. It seemed Jev thought the Chiss were going to use the military to attack first*
"My dear Jev'jurr, I feel you are mistaken on our goals with the navy and military. Our goal with the navy and military is to not make preemptive strikes, As has always been Ascendancy statute, The Chiss Will Never Incite A War or Attack First, We Will Only Ever Retaliate Where Required. This has always been our first and foremost rule and will always be so. Our Navy's will be there to be ready to act should someone unfriendly and unwilling to act democratically show up. As is our Naval force will be quite small compared to many outsiders, so there will be a small navy to that extent" Phoenix
*Phoenix leaned over towards Thrawn and whispered in his ear*
"I am sure that at least Nykr will return back to us alive. In the mean time we should try and act in the best interests of the people"Phoenix

"We can only hope that our intentions see through to actions, or lack of thereof preferably, gentlemen. In light of the war, which is commonly beginning to be known as the War of Attrition, then I suggest we begin allocating resources to retake Csilla as soon as possible. It is our homeworld, and the homeworld of the Ascendancy. It has a cultural significance for the civilian populace of our vast territories and for us to not even attempt to take it back will not sit well with either the civilians or our military. Believe me, I may speak of future pacifism, but I am still a Chiss. I will not allow an enemy to kill thousands, perhaps millions of innocents, and get away with it. With or without sanctionning of the government, I will personally make sure that the Dark Tide can no longer threaten the Ascendancy. So, in that light, I do understand both your points. But there's promising and then there's dreaming. Let's try to leave the latter out of the equation, no?"

*Phoenix shirted in his seat and turned his gaze to Jev*
"Jev'jurr my friend. Csilla will be retaken one way or another. Sure the Dark Tide are our enemies and have committed crimes against us, i believe that they will uphold their deal to leave in victory or defeat. If not Captain Dawn will take the necessary action to make sure they retreat from Csaplar and off Csilla. No body is going to allow these men to do what they have just done, but be aware that for our revenge to be possible, it will take time and training" Phoenix
*Kraken then turned to Jev'jurr*
"If your resolution is correct to want to punish the Dark Tide, then when the time is right, I will make sure you get the chance to prove yourself and get revenge on those murderer's" Kraken
*Phoenix made sure Kraken was keeping a level head*
"In the mean time and whilst the cease fire exists, It would serve us best to make sure we do not incite another fight. Preparation and passiveness are the best tools we will have" Phoenix

"There's a ceasefire? Under what conditions? Have we surrendered? I'm sure we can agree on one thing, Aristocra. The Dark Tide do need to be made an example of. We cannot let them get away with this, or the wider galaxy will see the Chiss as second-class citizens. It won't bode well for our government or our influence within the unknown regions."

*Kraken smiled, it seemed he had sparked a fire within this young one. Phoenix left Thrawn to fill in the answer*
"Jev when the time is right, the Dark Tide will be made an example of. whether it be here today when our three fighter's prevail, or tomorrow when our forces are back in full strength after over coming defeat" Phoenix
*Phoenix smiled*
"You have some rare gifts my friend, it would be best to hone them and master them, before acting. Would you not agree?" Phoenix

*Jev'jurr didn't know whether to agree or not. He didn't know whether the Aristocras were only saying what they were saying to quell his temper and curiosity in the very important meeting, of which he was quickly derailing. He tried to calm down, feeling rather silly. At least, however, derailment or not, he got his point over.* "Okay, so, what do you suggest we do? We need a plan of action as soon as possible.... ASAP. Ooooo, ASAP. I like it."

*Phoenix could see Jev's youth and excitement getting the better of him*
"I suggest we see how the battle goes, then go about reforming the military and getting our economy back up and running. Until then sit tight and get some training. I am quite certain our meeting is almost done" Phoenix

*Governor Altair bowed*
"It would be my deepest honor to serve as Governor of Csaplar sir" Altair

*Jev'jurr wasn't sure why he was speaking up suddenly. After the hype he had just had before, and with his mouth proving capable of acting without consulting his brain first, one would think he would just shut up and adopt a 'yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir!" attitude. Not Jev'jurr. Shadow child indeed, he really didn't know how Chiss governments worked. Not really, although his tutor - Nkyrn - was a diplomat.*

"If you don't mind, I'd like to help the refugees." *He said, slowly. He just had an urge to do something to help, and he knew - somehow - that anything military would lead him to places he would rather not go. Besides, it would get him out of the Redoubt. He could go and see Csilla!* "You know, the entire operation. Number them, transport them, organise emergency shelter for those without homes, an emergency relief fund perhaps?"

*Governor Altair turned to Jev*
"Very well Junior Diplomat Jev'jurr, if you wish to help with the rebuilding and economic recovery of Csaplar, then who am I to deny any help that you would like to offer" Governor Altair
*Kraken grinned and turned to Jev*
"I'll be keeping an eye on you boy, let's see how special you really are" Kraken
*Phoenix watched Jev'jurr. feeling the young Chiss's force presence, seeing how he reacted. Kraken and Phoenix, unlike their brother Drach, were limited to the Force Sense ability with the potential to read minds and speak through the force. It had been apart of the Prar families design for their elite commando corps, allowing comm chat without having to use methods the enemy could decode*

*Phoenix's cool gaze was drawn to Clay and Thrawn. He eyed Clay up and down*
"Very well then, if Lieutenant Clay wishes to offer his services and form this group, then so be it. i have no objections and besides, such a group could be used for an array of tasks" Phoenix
*Kraken could sense and knew what Phoenix was thinking and it wasn't a bad idea either*

"Thank you, Aristocras!" *Jev'jurr said, smiling as he realised they did actually listen to him, and were not just having him there as a formality to keep Nkyrn happy. Jev'jurr thought about Nkyrn for that moment, wondering if he was okay, and realising that the diplomat would be quite proud of him, wanting to help refugees like that.

But it wasn't just helping he had on his mind.

Jev'jurr gulped as the next topic of conversation came about. That which this 'Clay' had just described is exactly what Nkyrn had started with Jev'jurr, and that had been going on since he was born. If it took an entire war, where they had their homeworld taken off of them, to make the government and military realise what they really needed when Shawn'kyr'nuruodo knew decades beforehand, then what hope did they have? Really?

Jev'jurr went with his instincts and said nothing about his involvement with the Paladin programme.* "Sounds like a good idea, but like I said before, I want to concentrate on our civilians misplaced and treated badly with this war."

*When the agreements to Clay's proposition came, Thrawn nodded with a smile and said,*That settles it. I hereby name Clay Assistant Syndic and head of this project, whose name has yet to be determined, and we shall discus the full potential of said project in our next session.*Slamming the palm of his hand twice against the table in quick succession and said,*Dismissed.*Thrawn then slid his chair back and stood. Turning to Joint Aristocras Phoenix and Kracken he asked,*May I please have a guide to lead me to my chambers?

=Assistant Syndic Clay=

*Phoenix nodded and smiled*
"Very well, i am sure one of the crew members here will be happy to lead you there. Myself and Aristocra Kraken will be on the command bridge if you need us" Phoenix
*Phoenix and Kraken rose and left the chambers as a crew hand entered and motioned for Trask to follow him. Phoenix and Kraken quickly made their way to the command bridge and made sure the hard drives had been untouched before returning to the holographic display.

The crew hand would lead Thrawn up a level and to a large estate room that bore the markings of the Nuruodo house*

*Kraken and Phoenix watched Jorahn win his duel before being interrupted by a holo call from Dawn*

*Dawn's holo image appeared before Kraken and Phoenis, smiling*

*Kraken and Phoenix seem flabbergasted when Dawn made his request, but regained their composure*
"Well if you want to then so be it, I guess we can authorize this since General Brask is currently out like a light. Once the war is over and we return to Csaplar, we will arrange a post haste meeting with you then to make this official and make arrangements about these other troops" Phoenix

*Dawn saluted the two Joint Aristocra's before disappearing*

*Kraken looked at Phoenix. He had a feeling about what Dawn would ask for, it was a delicate situation that he was going to be asking for*
