Lorell Hall

*Standing on the same crag as the Fountain Palace, Lorell Hall was an assembly hall that had large windows that allowed a good view of the sky.*

Re: Lorell Hall

*The Lorell Hall assembly hall is located in the city of Ta'a Chume'Dan. It stands alongside the royal palace on the bluffs overlooking the city, with vast windows that allow a dramatic view of the Hapan sky and the skyline of the capital city. Brilliant sunsets could sometimes be observed from the west balcony. It was here that the Hapan Royal Court, the representative council of the Hapan cluster, met to make important decisions and advise the Queen Mother in matters of state, wither political, military or social. The Queen Mother's word was supreme.*

Re: Lorell Hall

*As they prepared for the Councilor and local elections, millions of paper ballots were printed and inspected. They were the punch out type, with a small stylus used to perforate the tiny boxes, allowing the ballots to be optically scanned and tabulated. However, there was some chance that all those little hanging chads could be problematic. Elections officials dismissed the possible problems, and ordered the ballots to be used anyways.*
