Main Entrance and Front Courtyard

*Jobie had followed the group, listening with interest to their conversation; at least one of them had heard of both the Night Jedi and the Jedi Shadows, and that was most unusual; both orders often kept to themselves, and few people knew of either order, let alone both. Jobie was curious as to what they were up to, and continued to watch. He remained hidden using both types of Force Concealment, and using the techniques of stealthy movement that were his speciality. As the group moved closer to the Jedi Shadows Enclave, Jobie caught sight of a Night Jedi Transport. It had arrived with the four Sith soldiers, and still sat just outside the Enclave.*

*Bane looked at the young man and nodded to him for a moment, then back to Serena*

"Zimmy Katarn, I had a friend with that name once.....but sense your here and at my service....would you mind staying with this one for a moment, i'll be right back"

*he turned and started to move towards the entrance, he couldn't help but catch sight of the ones who were strolling down the entrence of the front gate......a motly crew to say the least, and one that hinted at dark siders, but that was just his assumption.

The tail of his black robes flowed behind him as he walked down to them, and his hand sat on the hilt of the black blade that rested on his sash.*

"hows it going over there, you here for anything in particular

*Bane had a friendly smile on his face as he aproached, one that matched the rest of his open expression.*

*serena sat down again, as Bane left and looked over at Zimmy with a frightened expression, she put her fist up to her bottom lip as it quivered and pulled her knees in to her chest, her ears laying flat against her head... he was a kid..... and all kids made fun of her size and her ears*

*Zimmy shifts awkwardly, watching Bane walk away and thinking of ways to converse with the little girl cowering before him. He sees her canine features and perks up, squatting close to the ground and holding out his hand, palm out. He speaks softly, trying to lull the girl into greeting him.*
Hey, kid. I'm not gonna hurt you. My name's Zimmy, what's yours?

*she whimpered lightly and flinched, her body tensing, with a swift movement her little canine fangs appear and she bites into Zimmy's hand... not seeing him, but every kid that had ever teased her, had ever hurt her*

Ouch...
*fishing through his bag for a bandage, Zimmy stumbles upon a candy bar. He smiles and walks towards Serena's hiding spot. he unwraps the candy bar and squats, waiving it out in front of him.*
I got some candy here. I wonder if anyone wants it?

*serena's eyes locked with Zimmy's, showing her fear, unknowingly she transfered into his mind through the bite, all the memories of teasings and beatings she had taken from other children.*

*He hopes the candy will help her warm up to him.*

*her little hand reached out through the bushes and she snatched the candy bar, still not very trusting of him, but still wanting the chocolate. After several minutes, when the chocolate was gone, she stood up, stepping slowly out of the bushes, Zimmy would notice that she's as tall as he is when he's squating*

*she shook her head at him, he would realize that her face was covered in chocolate, as well as her hands. she opened her mouth but no words came out, it wasn't that she didn't want to tell him her name, it was that she couldn't*

*The boy chuckles and pulls a handkerchief from his pocket and wipes the chocolate from Serena's mouth and hands.*

*Her ears perked up and she squatted down doodling in the dirt, she drew out a stick figure of herself, writing "serena" over it and drawing an arrow to her picture*

*Zimmy can't help but chuckle. He grins and picks up a stick, drawing a cartoon of himself as well, writing Zimmy across the top in huge letters. He then writes "nice to meet you" beside his picture.*
