*The Observation Dome is a large transparisteel dome at the top of the Main Castle tower. It has Blast shields that surround it in combat.*

*President Kel Throin, the new President of Carida sits in the observation dome looking up at the stars, and instead of seeing the beauty from them all he sees are potential threats to his new responsibility. He had been elected at the conclusion of the war with Fondor and was under no impression of power. Carida wasn't that significant in the grand scheme of things and he would be perfectly content to have them left alone. He was glad to have the arrival of the new defence fleet soon so that the planet would have at least some protection in orbit, and two nebula Star destroyers where certainly some protection.*

*In the observation dome stood a lone figure looking out the transparisteel and into the night sky. Carida had been peaceful for well over a year now and was fitting in well with the GCCS. Although he had opposed them joining at first he now realized that he was mistaken. General Suffix had been the Caridan Military Commander now for over a decade and the grey in his hair could attest to the long hardships he had faced in that position. His straight and proud military bearing attested to the fact that he had survived those challenges with Discipline and respect. Everything was well in hand, but what would the future hold...*
