Being that the TG entry here is way out of date, im assuming the leader of the planet is still Amalexia Zulu Ur.

I have sent her a PM concerning my intention to claim Abandonment of 2 months on Vulpter and am giving her the prescribed week to respond to my posts.

Im not the owner of Vulpter guys...I just own Arakyd Industeries on the surface... You'll need to talk to Malum or Raven or Adulph. The Planet is owned by the Tarkin Family.

The 2 month rule regarding abandonment of location still applies i reckon...

I mean, Arakyd Industries is sort of a primary target on a world like Vulpter, right?

Suppose your defences have a few malfunctions and misfires, fighters take a couple of posts to launch, and we call it even?

Sorry if I showed up a bit early Kaine.

According to GEC rules, Arakyd Industeries could be claimed as abandoned. However Kaine, since Ur promptly replied to your IC post, he'd probably be allowed to keep the business, unless you had a very good reason why he should loose it.

I think it is a fair guess that the facilities defenses are poorly maintained, though my opinion is biased, I believe I would say the same even from Ur's position.

Ok, bombardment has commenced in earnest.

Malum, i know my flagship contains a Sithspit of patented stuff, i have spent over an hour trying to find links to it all now that JvS's search function no longer works.

The ion particle cannons are the only patent I can't find. When next I see Taung I will ask him, as 99.99% of the stuff is his creation.

I am picturing Hpaq as a big city, with a large domed shield over most of it, with Arakyd a smaller domed shield adjacent to, not under, the Hpaq city shield. Correct me or clarify if its different, im just going on my interpretation of canon and JvS history...

Description:
The Werlaara class stealth bomber is a heavy bomber who’s sole goal is to kill capital warships or hardened targets. The ship is composed of smooth lines and is coated with a matte black coating that is made of vacuum and reentry hardened Reflec.

The Werlaara is equipped with a stygium cloaking device, which necessitated the cooperation of Sienar Fleet Systems, which is the preeminent authority on cloaking small warships, but also helped invaluably with power cores and systems to make the bomber possible. To further enhance the invisibility of the Werlaara, an advanced Gravitic Amplitude Modulator is employed in an attempt to even remove the gravitic signature of the bomber from CGT or Dovin Basal based detection systems. In addition it is suggested that pilots take Ysalamiri with them, and a place for a Ysalamiri nutrient frame is built into the cockpit area, even though Ysalamiri are not widely available. Most pilots use this area for extra rations, or to store other equipment or entertainment devices prior to battle.

The heavy weapons loadout is mostly in the expendable ordinance. The small standard sized proton torpedo (MG7s) launchers are situated in the cheeks, flanking the cockpit and running back just shy of the power cores that power the ship (borrowed from the E-wing), and the pair of medium turbolasers under the chin that run back underneath the cockpit and a considerable length of the ship. The turbolasers are used to ensure the destruction of shield generators or anti missile weaponry, or other targets of opportunity, after an initial volley of anti shield (ion pulse, plasma explosives, T-33 shield busters or the like) that is used in the hopes of making a ship vulnerable to heavier explosives. However there is a problem, because there is such a power drain due to the cloaking device, shields, and engines, the turbolasers can only be fired once every minute, which makes pilots hesitant to waste a shot at a target that the strike may or may not succeed.

The main weapons loadout is set in a series of racks, stacked three high, and three wide. Each rack has three weapons (assuming the largest weapons that can fit), and feeds towards the center of the craft into a release chute that it shares with the other two racks in its stack, where an arm coming from the top, ejects the weapon out of the armored doorway at the belly. The weapons area is 13 meters long on either side of the center section of the ship, and 5.7 meters extending to each side, allowing room for the mechanisms that move the weapons towards the release chute.
Also by having a number of racks to choose from, this gives the pilot a large variety of weapons that can be loaded onto his ship to get the job done, that ultimate goal usually being the destruction or severely damaging a target, though incapacitating a target at times is just as effective in certain situations.
The primary weapons carried vary from T-33 shield buster missiles and ion missiles, rockets and bombs, to more deadly Heavy Proton rockets, Heavy Proton Bombs, Atomic Compression bombs and other nuclear weapons, to impact weapons such as Seismic Charges and mines. As a surprise weapon against starfighters some of the heavier weapons could be replaced with packs of 3 smaller missiles, with short range and questionable guidance systems, though this is almost never used as the ships design is to keep it hidden and away from starfighter threats.

Malum, the override code isn't something you can just ignore. Also, if your droids are able to communicate vocally and recieve audio, they can be shut down.

Short term: Since that was a private transmission, I will continue my assault, as I am unaware of it's existence IC.
Long Term: Just because Adulph gave it to us, doesn't mean you have to like it. I suggest we continue the rp as planned.

Continue the RP. The giving of Vulpter to Kaine was discussed by myself and Adulph briefly in Chat. I have no idea if he has said anything to Kaine or no before this post in orbit. Its also mildly annoying that he would do this right in the middle of the fight.

For all the Australis forces on the ground, none of us know about this communication. So, we keep fighting. Ashrah knows there are darksiders/force users on planet, and is going to find them, and do his level best to murderate them.
