Open Terrain
"That won't be neccesary, I happen to be a Great Repairer. I'll just need some parts. I'm part Astromech also if you need to the ship to power up." he said. "In fact, I'll shall work on it now." he said heading to the ship. "I'll be done in a Jiff!" he said entering the ship.

Re: Open Terrain
- "Wow, for real?"
*That's pretty fortunate, if Hack has skill in repairs as well. Reparations work is just slightly different from the droid specialty I have, so I was glad that he was going to fix the pane. I wasn't so positive that we'd have sufficient suitable material to use...but he seemed confident enough, so I decided to take Vae'goth's advice. I nodded.*
- "Very well, I could use a little nap. It looks to be mid-afternoon right now--"
- "--so in a few hours' time, it'll be dark enough. What will you do in the meantime? Sleep as well? Or will you fly with your pack one more time?"
*I didn't mean 'one more time' in the sense of 'forever', but rather 'until who-knows-when'. But I figured Vae'goth would understand what I meant.*

Re: Open Terrain
- <<Focus on my mind. You'll find me like this.>>
*Which was mostly true. If Vae'goth were concentrating on projecting his thoughts, it would basically be broadcasting his arrival to anyone with enough skill in Telepathy to hear it. I had no doubt that I could manage to, when the time came; that being so, I would also be able to sense his mind, and project a more focused thought to him so that he could pinpoint my location in turn.*
*It didn't seem logical for me to be able to have such confidence in a skill I'd only just discovered, yet somehow the Force indicated to me that it would be all right. I guess it was just a preternatural disposition towards skill in this area...which was rather fortunate, I guess. I gave a tight-lipped smile.*
- "Go on, then...I'll check on Hack before I go to sleep. See you at sunset, Vae'goth."
*I nodded my head in farewell, and turned to go inside the ship once he took off. I meandered into the cockpit, to watch Hack's progress.*
- "How is it coming, Hack? Will we be able to enter space without decompressing to death?"
- "I'd rather this not be the last nap I ever take, you know."

<< Sunset it is. Dont die on me, it would be most unfortunate. >>
*Vae'goth does his best smile he can manage with his beast mouth. Turning away he flaps his wings a few times and takes off into the sky. Within minutes he had faded from view. Darkness is Vae'goth's ally, when it comes the world is a very different place.*

"Well Master, it seems that your Transparisteel isn't fitted where it's supposed to be very properly." he said. "If you please find where I put my Torch, I can put it back on. My Flamethrower is Far too dangerous." he said. He then put the Screen on the Cockpit and used his Gravity Generator to hold it in place.

Re: Open Terrain
*I nodded. Yeah, the impact of the one unfortunate reptavian was probably more than enough to displace the pane's fittings, especially given that it really cracked that sucker hard. But then I titled my head. Find where he put his torch? It's probably smoldering somewhere back in the wreckage of the ship they were on. But I have an adequate substitute anyways.*
- "To Chaos with that, Hack. Here, you tell me where to apply heat, and I'll do it."
- "Right, this should be fine. I use it to fix up droids all the time."
Re: Open Terrain
"Yes Master. Just follow my Finger." he said. He then moved his finger in a line around the Transpirsteel. He tried avoiding the Blade of the Lightsaber, careful not to touch it. After they were done HK scanned the Cockpit making sure everything was in place. "It is done Master. I would reccomend testing my features before keeping me further." he said. "I have many Protocols."

Re: Open Terrain
- "Excellent. Good work, Hack. One day I'll ask you about all your protocols...but today's not that day. I'm off to catch some sleep. Since the repairs are done, feel free to look around the ship for some oil. S'not my ship, it was last used in some mining operation, so I'm not too hopeful, but maybe you can find something interesting. Catch you in a bit."
*I tried to stifle a yawn as best I could, but the thought of hopping into 'my' cot held just too powerful a sway over my thoughts. The door to my quarters hissed shut behind me, and I stripped down to a white undershirt and shorts. Briefly, I entertained the notion of hitting the refreshers...but elected to do so after napping, if at all. Pulling back the sheets, I slipped in, and set Sting on the bedside table, and muttered to her some last sleepy questions before my head hit the pillow.*
- "...Wake me if anything bad happens...'kay, g'night."
- - - -
*I awoke several hours later, after a thankfully-dreamless sleep. The room was dark, but there weren't any windows in the first place, so it was no indication of the time. I rolled around and stretched myself out, without removing myself from the sheets...and after I had sufficiently done so, I put my arms behind my head and considered the day's events. Everything happened so quickly, it was all kind of a blur. I don't remember what I said, exactly, or even how i said it. I knew that my tone had drastically changed...I came to the realization that what I said had basically been at the prompting of the Force. How else could it be explained? That the words I spoke would strike such a chord with Vae'goth...and how was it that I had developed Telekinesis in such a short matter of time? I guess listening to the Force and relying on it for information is my strong suit. And the Force knows the contents of a being's mind, so by natural extension...*
*Those thoughts were interrupted by a yawn. I sat up, stretched my arms out, and hopped out of bed. Sting waved her forelegs at me. I'd become quite good by now at knowing what she meant.*
- "Yeah, Sting, I had a great nap. Let's go find Hack, we've got an appointment with Goth in Breehara that we oughtn't miss."
Re: Open Terrain
The whole night, HK was stuck in the same postion as he was reaching for Oil. "Master? Is that you? I could use some assistance please." he said. He could move his body as the joint rusting did it's work.

- "HA HA HA! Oh man, you totally got stuck, didn't you?"
- "So yeah, good job finding the oil after all. But I thought you said you were waterproof?"
*Being fairly knowledgeable of droids, I didn't need any directions on how to work it into his parts. When I'd finished, he should feel at least a little better. Droids love oil. But truthfully speaking, even oil's not enough, if the rust has gotten so bad that he can't move. The time would soon be coming when he needed a completely new body. Hopefully, though, that was a little ways off.*
- "Good, good-- shall we head off to the city, then?"
Re: Open Terrain
"Well Master, I've said that it's been a year since I was oiled. And I think we should also look for a our Giant Organic flying friend." he said. He then went to a Storage Compartment and got his Sith War Sword and put it on his back.

Re: Open Terrain
*It would of been a strange sight to see. A circle of reptavians on a grass plain. Its not a very animalistic thing. The strange noises made by Vae'goth were now getting spoken by all. It must of been some sort of council. Each black beast slowly turns away and flies off into the distance apart from one. Vae'goth. He put his head low. He wishes he could take them all with him. He made a promise to return but somehow he knew he probably wouldnt. His cousin has been given the role as alpha male but without him there it probably wont stay that way. He can only hope they dont degenerate back into stupid beasts. Vae'goth looks to the sky before flapping his own wings and taking to the sky. His destination being the city.*
Re: Open Terrain
"Shall we proceed to the city Master?" he said, getting his Disruptor and putting it in a Hostler.
Re: Open Terrain
*Scouting parties are sent into the wilds, four, five man teams, one is a SAMAS pilot in full armor.*
Re: Open Terrain
*Teams spread out around the Continent of Breehara.*

Overlord wrote:*4 large mining facilities are underway around Dressel, they are state of the art and produce Zero harmful effects on the environment, for good measure Planetary Air Scrubbers (50) are also under development around Dressel.*
*With Air Scrubbers completed around the planet, the mine's continue to pump out the ore and metals needed for construction projects of various degrees. Finished materials are loaded onto droid haulers and sent to the Starport.*

*Mining continues in various spots around the continent of Breehara. Teams have spread out and found several small communities of Dressellians un-aware of the change in government on a few of the other islands and smaller continents*

*Dressel is a large world with a fairly temperate climate. Most beings found it to be an agreeable sort of place, and Eralam was certainly among them.
While the droid couldn't sense heat and cold in the same manner as an organic (thermometers just aren't the same,) he always felt buoyed by the subtle sensations of life as felt through the Force. When one's life was filled with death and violence, sometimes it's nice to take a moment and find a balance. And so the Robot Space Ninja found himself on a large, flat rock in the equitorial region of the planet. There were no signs of civilization around, nothing at all to hint at the spot the world was starting to take in the galaxy.
On this rock, the Iron Knight waited. For what, he wasn't sure. He only knew the Force had guided him here. Proactive as always, Eralam submerged himself in the Force, knowing his presence would act as a beacon to whatever it was that the Force wanted to find him. If it was violent in nature, so be it. The Shard had his signature slugthower pistol and lightsaber handy. If it was peaceful, well, that would be a first.*

*Xeonons ship entered the atmosphere of the planet. He had come here because he had heard the galactic market place was introuble. However since he arrived in system, he had felt a subtle tug to the planet, and all he could do was follow his gut. Long ago he learned the force worked in mysterious ways to keep the universe balanced and this may be one of those moments. Opening up his minds eye to the force he saw the usual swirl of light and dark in harmony. However as he flew over the shard below he knew this was why he was here. There was a whiril pool of sorts almost like a focal point where the force was being sucked towards.
Landing his ship about 100 meters away in a clearing Xeonon was prepared for anything, for all he knew it could be a trap. So he took all of his equipment with him anddescended the shuttle. Once on the ground he walked towards whatever or whoever was there.*
