*Imperial survey teams begin spreading out over the surface of Null, as part of the Imperial Resettlement Initiative they were tasked with plotting available land for new colonists.*

*As a follow up to the survey team a construction crew arrives at a piece of ground designated "Site 001" and begin digging the foundations for a small settlement. The project was created to re-house those who have been displaced by the conflict on Agamar. The settlement was an experiment to see how quickly 1000 refugees could be re-settled before widening the project to more planets. The planned settlement was to be built on a piece of land that covered three square kilometres and the architects had planned to fill that space. There would be four large thirty storey buildings in the centre and the rest would be no taller than five stories. The centre would be a place for shopping and entertainment and the outer areas living space with the odd convenience shop. The roads were build in a grid pattern and the ability to erect an outer wall was in place.*
