Re: Rellidir

*Finally content, and tired of Chertyl nagging her about he contact Caht sat next to the Selonian and looked up at her friend in the face ( up because the Selonian was quite a bit larger then herself). Placing her hand on the girls shoulder Caht readied herself for the ground breaking news...*

So you know how you wanted to go back to the academy? Wanted to work on your force use and become a Jedi Knight?

Of course, I thought about it a lot while in reathing pain from those Hz thugs. Why?

Well, I was talking to Master Sun'tii an...

Wait wait wait.... Ves is a Master!?!? How long have I been outa the loop here?

Only just, but he is a good friend so I went to him for advice... can I finish now? *Chertyl nodded, while opening her mouth as if to say something and thinking better of it...* Good, cause I havn't gotten to the news yet. I am going to start off with the bad news. In your present state, the Jedi don't want you returning to the academy *Caht held up her hand before Chertyl could respond to the news with an outburst...* but they do want to see you trained. As such, they have decided that I get to teach you until you are ready to be a Jedi Knight.

*Any force user would be amazed by the flashes of emotions that just ran through Chertyls force presence as well as face. She went from exstatic to worried, sad to scared, proud to self-centered... but after all that, she was content. Smiling as she looked down on her friend she just said a couple of words...*

What ever you say Master *She emphasized the last part as a joke, since htey both knew that neither held much love for the rigid system the Jedi sometimes kept with their training... this would be fun*

Re: Rellidir

*Chertyl couldn't sleep. She was happy that Caht was going to be her master, but something in the force was just... off. I went out to the balcony and breathed in the fresh air. It was so different from Selonia. I hadn't been off planet for so long, and now, to be so far out in the air, and not underground. My thoughts, and deep breaths were interupted however by a comlink beep back in the room. I walked over and picked it up. It was Caht's com, but something told me to pick it up. Grabbing the com I opened the link...*

:: Hello? ::

::Hello Jedi Knight Caht::

:: This is not Knight Caht sir... ::

::Ohhhh, even better. I get to talk to the direct line then. I take it you are the young Selonian that has been killing my men are you not?::

*Play it stupid Chertyl, play it stupid.*

:: I do not know what you are talking about sir? Perhaps you have the wrong number? I am simply Knight Cahts Apprentice. ::

::Well then Apprentice I fear that I have bad news. One of your younglings is currently being held on Selonia. He will be executed in 25 standard hours. You better be there. His location will be given to you following the completion of this call. 25 hrs m'dear.::*Click*

*I... what... kriff! I ran to Caht and shook her awake, explaining exactly what happened I then pulled out my bag and grabbed all the things we needed. Including the bacta packs that Caht brought we didn't have much. Rushing out we headed for the spaceport and hopped a transport. Half-way there we received our location. I knew it well, it was in my home-town. These guys knew to much about me it seemed... so I needed to end this... now!*

Re: Rellidir

*Inspector James Watts knew he had a delicate job to do, but that didn't mean he could afford to go easy on the cantina owner, either. He had to make a firm, authoritative impression if he wanted the severity of his task, and the consequences of disobedience, to be fully respected. This wasn't a case of government meddling. This was a genuine case of public safety. The public health official knew that if he didn't find the source of the viral outbreak, and soon, the hospitals in Rellidir would be overwhelmed.*

=Inspector Watts=
*Arriving at the front door, the uniformed inspector marched up to the counter, and* "Sir, I don't want to alarm you or your patrons, but I must speak with you immediately. May we speak in private?"

=Proprietor=
*The cantina owner's face paled when he recognized the uniform, but he nodded silently, and motioned to a wood-paneled side door.* "This way please." *The poor man hoped that his customers weren't about to all leave the shop en masse upon seeing the inspector. But news of the viral outbreak was not yet common knowledge in this part of the city, and so there was less of a chance of a panic than otherwise. A refusal, however, to comply, would have certainly caused a panic. He had to respect the Inspector.* *Once behind closed doors, he turned almost in fear.* "What can I do for you inspector?"

=Inspector Watts=
"Sir, a food-borne viral outbreak has struck the outskirts of the city. I must test your food at once to ensure that you have not also been contaminated. This thing is spreading like wildfire, and while it is not deadly, it is highly contagious." *The inspector paused and took a breath.* "I need to know where to draw a quarantine line."

*The Sorosuub transports entered the atmosphere of Tralus and descended further into the capital of Rellidir. Qilur gazed at the city, admiring the structure.* *Sadly this wasn't a tour visit, this was bussiness. He missed the old days of traveling among the stars and planets...now he was stuck with a desk job. However, Qilur didn't complain. It was better than nothing.*

*The small fleet of transports headed to dock within the spaceport, taking up the pads between numbers 215 through 224. The vessels landed and disengaged their engines. The moment the ramps lowered, security personnel, assigned to the transports by the Fourth Galactic Empire exited first. Squads of lightly armed stormtroopers kept a good eye on the tanks as they were unloaded. This was necessary to ensure that the order was not tampered nor fall into the wrong hands...the Corporation nor the Empire could risk having one the tank crews go off-hand and cause havoc.* *Qilur stood with two of stormtroopers flanked on either side, watching the tanks on pad 217 being unloaded. He adjusted his cap slightly and continued to oversee this.*

=Ordo Transports=
*The 3 large transports docked in the spaceport at their designated berthings, pads 92 to 94. Powering down, Captain N Peecee left the cockpit of the lead vessel to oversee the transfer of goods to the awaiting teams Admiral Summers had sent to receive their order, as his own crews managed their respective goods, carefully seeing the quantity of war machines shifted from their bays and to the customer parties. Ticking off each successful offload, and keeping a shrewd eye open for mishaps or accidents, Captain Nick was diligent to the end with this exchange of such a large and profitable transaction.*

Re: Rellidir

*Corellian Defense Forces officers, as well as a large number of civilian contractors, moved in quickly, accompanied by droids and a number of hovertrucks, and unloaded all of the Ordo and Sorosuub transports in a matter of around two hours. The new tanks and other weaponry and vehicles were carried away en masse and stored in a series of guarded military warehouses on the edge of Rellidir's spaceport, and the transport pilots were tipped and dined for their efforts. Final reports and a cross-check of the inventory list were sent to Rear Admiral Summers in orbit.*
