Re: Sushi City

<< Friends... it is time. >>

*Cassus made sure to hit at least Cronal and Vaint, and attempted to locate Hevn's mind in the city as well. Cronal had a mission to complete already, and should ignore the call to the terrain.*

Re: Sushi City

*He felt an invasive presence brush across his mind, or at least he thought so, it turned out to be Cassus..calling for them to the terrain, something was ready, he did not specify what.*

*Hevn's head shoots skyward, he sees large transports drifting from the sky towards the location of where he sensed the force to have been sent out like a radio beacon. He inclines his head in that direction, speaking up.*

" It seems he's gathering the materials already, and here I thought we'd have to use this..."

*He waved for the others to follow him, as Cronal slunk off into the shadows. His cold sapphire eyes watch him sneak away, a shadow of annoyance toward his sleuth like behavior on his face. He began walking through the city, toward the clearing that Cassus had found, it was to be their station of operation.*

Re: Sushi City

*Her eyes going to the sky as she heard the engines of ships going off toward the open terrain way from the city. She had to grin as she knew that this must be what Cassus when to do. Letting herself feel something brush but not know what it was. Then it was Hevn that spoke up as if some unknown to her took place.

With out saying anything at all she let Hevn lead the way way from the garden towards the outer part of the city then be on. Her eyes look on as her mind was now a bit on the face of what was going to unfold before her eyes. Following behind her master as she let herself take in the darkness of the place knowing that very soon she would be drawling on its full power...*

Re: Sushi City

*Jarypt stopped abruptly and just a few steps short of colliding with three men who had stepped out in front of him. They were smirking, confident. What was wrong with the intelligence of the citizens of this planet? Did they not just witness Jarypt seriously wounding a man with little effort at all? How many times would he have to waste his time? Jarypt grew annoyed, and impatient.

One man opened his mouth to speak but Jarypt didn't waste time. He blasted one with a Force Push that sent him flying backward into a street pole that broke his back. In the same movement, he drew his saber and severed one's head. Jarypt glared at the last one, who was horrified by what he had seen and with a strong mental push from Jarypt, he lost his sanity. He breathed deeply and rocked back and forth before screaming shrilly and clawing at his face. He bled from his ears, eyes, nose, and mouth.

Jarypt continued toward a forward, he had spotted the transports overhead. He was going to follow them.*

Re: Sushi City

*I sighed softly; it seemed that this group never ceased its movement. Still, I had to admit that that was the way I preferred it. The secrets of the dark side would not be unlocked through mere reclining, it would take work, most likely work of the hard variety, but that was okay. It wouldn't seem right if I had gained much power without putting effort into it, it would go against the way that I had trained for as long as I could remember. My entire body tingled as a shiver ran down my spine, and, with a snarl of irritation, I pulled my cloak tighter around my form, looking about with my emerald green eyes.*

"Well, it looks like we had best head out..."

*Moving slowly, slinking really, I followed after Hevn and his apprentice, the beautiful seductress that seemed to drip venom and honey from her mouth in the same sentences. I would watch her closely, but I doubted there would be any trouble between any members of the group; if any one of them tried to betray the common cause that united them in a tenuous alliance, the rest of them would turn upon the traitor like a pack of ravenous dogs.*

Re: Sushi City

*This is what happened when I was bored. My last host, after finally being too old to sustain, unless I wished to use my own energies, had died, the last of his life drained by me as we reached the borders of the city. So sad, he had been full of life, and sad enough that he gave me whatever he had, no problem. Well, no sense in crying over spilled milk, especially when I had used him to ruin five other people's lives. A single truth brought into light, such as this person had been cheating on her, had caused three suicides. At least, that's all I saw. The other two were now so miserable that the would die any day now, possibly take a few down with 'em. I'd want to see that. So now, floating above the city, I was scouting out for a new host. Which one, I wondered, could I use to bring the most mayhem to this place. Mayor, respected citizen, police officer, their were so man choices!*

*The only thing limiting me was the strength of someone's will. If they were stronger then me, which could happen if I hadn't fed in a few days, or if they were just of a higher caliber, I could be expelled. Or, in a few rare cases, they would actually take their own life then be taken by me. But that only happened when they were aware of me, through the Force, and they were truly willing to do it. A doubt and I would grab them, amplify their sadness and make them my host, make them wraithbound. Not that I expected any resistance like that from this city. I could taster the few who were strong with the Force, and could feel that they were unaware of it. Well, I would start with them, they were always so delicious.*

*I floated downwards, my body invisible to all save me, and those I showed myself to. Which, in this case, was no one. I went through a house, sending a shiver of fear and murderous hatred towards a young child, the hatred aimed at his parents. He got up, and walked towards the kitchen, reaching for a knife, then I was past and continuing on my prey's trail like a hound. He was emanating fear, anger, and pain, all vibrant, bright, and powerful emotions that I used to track him better. Gradually, I went through worse and worse parts of the city, stopping once in a while to spread pain, fear, and hatred among random residents. Spice up their lives. This was an easy thing, manipulating people's minds and thoughts, their fears and hatred. The hard thing was manipulating the physical world, such as telekinesis, or combustion. I had to be grounded in the physical world for that, through a host, and even then I could only use his power, not mine.*

*I was close, I felt it through my bones. Shouts came down across an alley, and I wandered into it, sensing my future host there. Presented in front of me were three male humans, and my host (another male human) being beaten on by the three. They were laughing as they did this, enjoying the power the felt it gave them, kicking and punching my food. A very good thing, I thought, for it gave me a way to control his mind. I would stop pain, and he would let me do it, without realizing I meant to never let go. So, gathering up my energies, I sent my mind into his, converging and placing him face to face with a beautiful individual, radiating light off his body, similiar to some culture's versions of a heavenly messenger. It was simply a form that often appeased them, and made them trust me more.*

*I showed him visions of power, of what I could do to those who were attacking him. He greedily turned to me, bowing his head and leaving me full control of his every motion. Now I didn't have to expend any energy subduing him, he had willingly submitted to my full control. I greedily took his body, my eyes opening for the first time in days to see, my body finally feeling pain again. I breathed, enjoying the pain it brought, then looked at my attackers. They had continued beating me, but now that their object had not been attempting to protect himself, they were confused. I smiled, licking my lips as I tasted my new body's lips. Time for fun.*

*Feeling into the Force, I shot my hand out, sending tendrils of lightning towards all three of them. They caught them in the chest, caught off guard, and were thrown to the ground from the force of the impact. Enjoying their misery, I started greedily lapping at my new body's energy, absorbing it into myself. I wouldn't need this for too long, it couldn't cause as much mayhem as a judge. But, as a feeding ground, it was excellent. Standing up, I brought out my nails, sending my new body's power into them and causing them to harden into claws as I walked towards my previous attackers. The lightning had long since stopped, but they were on the ground still, paralyzed. Bending down over one of them, I slashed slowly at the throat, causing him the most pain and enjoying it like good food. I repeated with another one, a pretty blond teenager who had looked over at me with pleading eyes. Idiot.*

*The last body. Ahh, how much I would enjoy this. Standing over him, I made eye contact, sending waves of terror and sadness into him as I raised my hands. I started them down quickly, as a wave of pure hatred rolled over me. Me, not my body, felt as if I was feeding, even though I wasn't actually inhabiting the source. Such raw energy, such life! I had to have it. It overwhelmed me with it's impulse, and I brought the hand which had been destined for the man on the ground to my own throat. Raking it across my body's throat, I departed at the last minute, taking every drop of life he had with me, and racing off to the source.*
