Re: Tal En Gurtha
*Feeling Xeroc's presence was unexpected but all the same, it was welcomed. Perhaps Pyros could be the one to finally release C'thulu from his morbid cycle, dying only to be forced back into the realm of the living. Perhaps if C'thulu fell with honor, he would sleep eternally, such he could only wish for.*
*He continued into the city and to his offices, slipping in unnoticed and ascending to his private and rarely used office. there the Dead One organized his finances and pumped new life into his businesses. He signed off several documents with disdain and hurriedly pushed through the rest of his menial tasks.*
*His mind was else where. Would death ever truly claim him? He didn't know. The force was a cruel spinster of men's lives, weaving fate, joy and tragedy together. The Dark Jedi viewed themselves as a blade, carving out their own destiny within the universe. If C'thulu had conquered death as he so often claimed, life had conquered him. He felt trapped and he longed for rest. He had done his part for his brothers, for his people and his order. He was ready to join his fallen brothers and loved ones, ready to feast with them for eternity.*
*He closed up his office and slipped back out, heading into the streets, waiting for the day that never comes.*
