Telluria Station

Re: Telluria Station

The agent picked up Brandon and slammed him into the wall in the middle of his rant.

=Security Agent=
"Administrator, all you need to know is that I am an operative of Aargauan Intelligence and that my primary objective is to see to this station's security. You are jeoparidizing that and I will have to incapacitate you if you cannot calm down. Now,"

"Ok ok! You're right.. I'm calm.... see I'm calm." he lied but he did his best to force a grin.

=Security Agent=

"The man attacking us wants us without a fight - otherwise he would not have ordered us to first lower defenses. That means he will negotiate, and taht is your opportunity to keep him busy - just keep talking, and stall him for as long as you can. There is an allied fleet in orbit that has been here for some time under the Order of Seven. I will contact them, but int he meantime, just keep talking. Now, give me your security card and I will see to our defense."

Brandon fumbled through his clothes and handed him the security card.
"Wait what?! Just keep talking? Order of Seven? What's that... a case of beer plus one? Fleets?! What fleets we don't have a fleet!"

Re: Telluria Station

=Charles Li=
*After the klaxons had silenced Charles was still where he was when they had sounded. Holding tightly to his console stroking the sides whispering into the speaker slots of how everything was going to be okay, how poppa wasn't going to let anything happen to his love. The instant the sirens went offline he looked around, tears rolling down his face.*

"What's going on?"

*He said turning around looking for someone, anyone, to answer his question. His foot got caught in his rolling chair and he slammed onto the ground. He tried to grab the desk nearest him to counter balance his loss of balance, but all he managed to do was pull a clipboard off of it and slam his hand into his head.* "Owwwwww...."

Re: Telluria Station

*The agent swiped the card with a quick hand and pivoted.

He made his way through the winding corridors with superb knowledge of the station's layout. He was drawing near to a security station when his communicator beeped. He loosed a silent rage as he ducked into a dark alcove, recognizing the incoming address and going silent with apprehension. He activated the transceiver, and the 1/10-size holographic replica of Archais appeared, glowering andmenacing as always. It spoke without preamble.*

  Code:
All members of the Second Imperium - the time has come for our organization to take the next step in my master plan. To this end, all garrisons on all influenced worlds are to leave their posts immediately and unite with the [i]Tyrant[/i] at the coordinates provided with this message. Any dissent or notion of rebellion to this end will be met with harsh recompense and will summarily be met with orders of execution. All traces of any Imperium existence are to be entirely eradicated and all personnel are to make to the rendezvous. Out.

*The agent silently cursed his luck - of all the times to be ordered to leave a post, he was so ordered when an attack had sparked a panic within the station's residents. This would act as an excellent cover, though, now that he thought of it...but steps would first need to be taken.

He moved to action. Moving to the security station, he keyed in a station-wide alert. Chaos was his best friend right now, and he needed to be able to slip away without anyone noticing his absence - not that anyone on the station would know him anyway, but best not to take chances. All across the station, evacuation klaxons began to sound, and with a terse smile, he moved away from the console.

Next was to return to his station. Within his chambers were a highly-sensitive sensor node and listening post, as well as a veritable armory amongst other telling artifacture. Glancing at the armory, he grabbed a single string of four thermal detonators, quickly and efficiently tying their fuses. He set them along the row of computer banks and, without a moment's hesitation, triggered the countdown. He had backups of his past year's observations stored on his personal datapad, which rested safely in his interior pocket. He made it a good ten meters before the blast consumed the equipment in his room and briefly opened his chambers to vacuum before the shielding compensated. That done, he moved on.

Where the majority of occupants that now crammed the halls moved in a mass panic at the evacuation, the agent moved with purpose. He made for a jetty of escape pods located strategically for high-value occupants. The exit hatches were located near the garbage chutes, clouding any scanner from identifying life signs amidst the organic waste and metal disposals. While perhaps unclean, it was nearly guaranteed to provide a safe haven for any seeking to get away without notice.

A few moments later, he did just that, his pod streaking into hyperspace for the coordinates, chaos and indecision left in his wake.*

Re: Telluria Station

*Holmes approached this station which drifted empty on the far side of the planet. The Corellian ship docked in the only remaining functional docking bay and Holmes and Watson exited the ship in vacume suits, just in case they came upon part of the station that was damaged.*

Holmes: Watson, lets head to engineering and figure out what happened here.

Watson: Why must you always lead us on these foolish escapades. No one is here to even assist.

Holmes: My dear Watson, are you not just the tiniest bit curious why, what appears to be a military base is completely deserted and devoid of all life signs.

*Without waiting for a response Holmes leads on to Engineering. Once they arrive Holmes discovers that the base was evacuated and has been empty for over three months. With this Holmes has Miss Adler scan the station for anything of use to them, and when nothing is found they return to their ship.*

Miss Adler: Sherlock, I think I found something you might be interested in. The station received a coded message just before the evacuation. Now, I can't tell what it says, but the same message was sent to a planet quite close to here. I think we should go check it out.

Holmes: Quite right. Watson, take us out and set a course for the other planet.

*With that, the ship rose up, exited the ship, and after clearing the station and pausing for a moment, jumped into hyperspace.*

Re: Telluria Station

*The twelve E-wings of Night squadron descended into the station like a flight off close black bugs. As they landed and then descended from their cockpits they noticed that the station was almost completely empty... except for 30 heavily armed men pointing blaster carbines at them. A large man with a shaved head and multiple scars across his face stepped slightly forward and demanded they drop their weapons. Colonel Nova wondered if that was their leader as they complied with his orders.*

*without a word the 2 of the men stepped forward and collected their blasters. In the time it took them to collect them Nova began noticing a few things. The weapons that the men where carrying weren't the same from man to man, and they seemed to be wearing civilian clothing too. Most of them looked to have been in fights before but they didn't have the bearing of Military men.*

=Col. Nova=
What do you want with us?

=Bald Man=
Follow Me *Is all he said with a deep growling voice, and with that he turned and headed down one of the station hallways, and the 12 pilots of Night squadron where not so gently led in his wake.*

Re: Telluria Station

*As Col. Nova and His men approached a door at the end of a hallway with two more "ruffian" guards outside the party was stopped and Nova was lead forward by the bald man and after a few quick hits on the keypad he was lead inside. The room inside was large for a space station but still smallish. Behind a desk sat a man with dark suit and an eye patch.*

="The Suit"=
So what do we have here?

*Nova was shoved forward by the bald Man but he caught himself enough to stand at attention in front of the man behind the desk.* Col. Sam Nova Sir.

*The suit stood and walked to the other side of the desk and tossed a datapad to Nova.*

="The Suit"=
Well Colonel this Station is your problem now.
*With that he motioned to the bald man and they left the office with Nova still standing there to shocked to move. By the time he recovered and walked back out into the hallway all the guards where gone and only his men stood there. With blank stares toward each other they began walking toward their fighters to go report this, it seems that they have just acquired command of the station.....*

Re: Telluria Station

*After Having Reported this Colonel Nova sends a Flight of Fighters to scout the Deep Core while he and the remaining members of the Squadron begin setting up shop. Quickly identifying the leaders of the Station's residents they set up some agreements and are soon in posesion of some offices and a briefing room for the Squadron. Once they are set up they get new orders assigning them to stage out of Aaghra for the time being.*

Re: Telluria Station

*Imperial soldiers enter the station through every concievable entrance and exit. The ships that have surrounded the station open fire on the stations escape pods andlife pods. The troops that took the hangars force everyone in the hangars into a corner to be guarded, those who resist are shot. Very few do though, the take over continues smoothly as the troops move further into the station.*

Re: Telluria Station

*Troops seal off the major sections of the station to keep the majority of the population from getting in the way. Finally reaching the station's control room, soldiers burst in and apprehend the staff and kill those who resist. With that task done, Telluria Station is under the Tarisian Empire's control. Step one to the Zug System take over is complete, that done prisoners and bodies are prepared and deported to Second Imperium territory.*

*An option is given to the remaining occupants of the station; stay and serve the Tarisian Empire or be deported back to Second Imperium territory. A little over half choose the latter, leaving the station undermanned. To solve the problem both military and civilian workers will be recruited and transfered to Telluria Station.*
