Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*Although Linn's smile remained through the first things Ramiel had said, it faded quickly into a frown when he told her to leave.* *How was she supposed to leave anyways? She could barely move in general, how could she possibly get up and carry Sarius back to her ARC-170? This demand also told Linn how Ramiel had not changed at all... he was still the same hopeless Sith he had always been. She was thankful that he had brought her back, but in the back of her mind she was torn up about whether or not this truly was a good thing. Once she left, would Ramiel change his mind and try to find her to kill her once more? Or worse, would he come after Garren? Quickly, Linn tossed those thoughts out of her mind, her main concern was regaining her strength to do as Ram wished and leave.*

*She kept her hand on Ramiel's as she lay beside him. The only thing that would be heard from Linn was the slowing of her breathing. After several very long minutes she felt like she was strong enough to at least stand up. Finally removing her hand from his she began standing up. Her knees were shaky under her weight but she managed to remain standing. She sighed lightly as she took a final look down at Ram, ready to say (what she would hope were) her final words to him.*

Ram... I love you too. And Garren loves you very much as well... It wasn't easy leaving... But... But we're happy now.*For a moment she considered what it would be like if she stayed here with Ram, if her and Gar came back to him. But just as that thought crossed her mind Jace's strong, handsome face filled her mind.*

*Instead, Linn turned on her heel and walked to the motionless Sarius, picking up her teal saber that laid on the ground still. Her steps were slow and wobbly but eventually she got there. Bending down she outstretched her hand to touch his warm face and smiles that he was still here with her.* Let's go home *She whispered to him as she placed one hand below his shoulders and one under his knees. She didn't think she could actually manage to carry him all the way up the hill to where the ARC stood but the motivation of getting back to her family and friends was enough to move mountains. She heaved as she stood up with Sarius in her arms, he was a lot heavier than he looked to be. Once her balance was caught and she felt like she could soldier on she began the longer-than-it-needed-to-been trek up the hill. She stopped many times, resting Sarius on the ground as she caught her breath and looked to the Force for the strength to at least get the two of them to her means of transportation. When Linn and Sarius finally reached the ARC, Linn collapsed with Sarius in her arms. She laid on the dirt covered ground half on top of Sarius as she collected her energy once again.*

*While Linn pulled herself together, she remembered Minda. If she was truly back to the light side surly she couldn't stay here on one of Ramiel's planet. Linn knew she didn't have time or the energy to go and find Minda so instead she connected to her mind again.*
*Her voice would sound exhausted yet urgent as she spoke to Minda's Force signature.* << Minda, meet me on Belkadan. We can speak there... Go now. >> *If Minda was being serious about coming back to the lightside to reuniting with Linn and the other Jedi, then she would meet her on Belkadan as Linn requested. If not, she only hoped Minda was smart enough not to bring her darkness to the humble planet.*

*When she thought she was ready to try again, Linn lifted Sarius - this time with a little more ease then began heaving him onto the Starfighter. Once aboard, she put Sarius into the gunner seat and strapped him in. After he was secured Linn climbed into the pilot seat, strapped herself in then started up the craft. The engine rumbled under her as it heated up while Linn regained the last bit of energy she needed before she blasted off into space to rejoin those she loved.*

OOC: I had permission to move Sarius and move him with me.

And her Signature is stronger now, so those more powerful would be able to feel her presence again.

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*As he felt her hand and then as he rolled, his body lurched a bit and he sat there, still with his hand out and hers on it. He could feel her confusion and scepticism, but also still the genuine honesty and such that he always expected from her. She was beautiful and pure and was a good person, not like him, who was now twisted and irrevocably dark. The sweat still dripping from his forehead, it had died down a bit, his body slowly recovering from the process of having brought her back, he noticed out of his peripheral that she was moving to stand.*

*As he watched her stand, and felt her hand on his, he felt a sickening twist in his stomach as she took her hand away, feeling as if the happiness and light was sucked away from him. As she spoke those words, he felt a heaving in his chest ant a thumping feeling as his heart began to pound against the inside of his ribs. She loved him, but she didn’t want to and she was happy. Knowing this was the truth and that it was the way it should be, he still felt the urge to scream and get up, taking her back and leaving things here. No. It wouldn’t be like that, he wouldn’t cause more problems for her and make things even harder. He did that already today and he was just able to take it back, he would not burden her again.*

*As she got up and heaved Sarius up the hill, he still was very weak and could not help but admire her drive and determination. To be able to do that and continue on, he was proud of her, yet still felt sick at the same time. As she put him in the gunner seat of the ARC-170 and then lifted off the ground, a single line streamed down each cheek from the corner’s of his eyes, imperceptible to anyone, as he watched her lift off and go. He wouldn’t see her again, this was it. He whispered to himself as he watched her disappear away into the clouds and felt her signature trail off away from the planet.*

I love you too, Goodbye…

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*Veritis nodded back to decius getting its full meaning. He then put his hand out in front of him and stood up. he watched as Linn and ram said there goodbuys and then as linn got the fallen jedi and brought it to his fighter and she took off. He wondered how Ramiel would react to the aftermath of this he wasent shure. He continued to bring the force into him. He had just expended alot of the energy he had built up and he was planning on dooing somthing that would require alot of power. He walked over to Ramiel and stood next to him. He still wondered if he had senced or seen the changes that had happened to him.*

Well i dont even konw what to say about that.

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*Minda felt Linn's signature getting stronger, then she heard her voice ring in her head. Hearing what she said, her heart started to race as she was being told to go to a Jedi planet. Though she was serious about returning to the lightside, not everyone on Belkadan would know this, and they would all assume she was there to attack. She sighed as she stood up and walked back to her ship. How many times would she risk her life for the lightside?*

*She climbed up into her ship and started it. Once it was warmed up, she headed into orbit to follow Linn.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*As Decieus slowly rose back to his feet, he felt his legs wobble a bit, not having quite found their old strength but getting there. Looking over to Sitis, he gave a firm nod and then realized that he also felt Minda's signature disappear along behind Linn's. Was she going to go and hunt the Jedi? No, not likely. So they had lost one more to the light. Pity, she will just die a slow death when they wiped the light from the Universe regardless. As he walked over to Sitis once again, he passed him and then made slowly and steadily for his ship. Clapping a hand on Sitis' shoulder as he passed he turned his head to look at him and gave a faint smile as he did.*

I want all members of the Order meeting on Katarr in a day or so. Have yourself and Melaina there, but make sure to leave adequate troops and manning here. You may not be returning for a while so leave someone trusted to guard this planet for the time being.

*Nodding again slowly to him, he then looked over to his ship and made his way to the cockpit. Stopping for a moment and taking the first step up, he hoisted himself up to the top of the ship and sighed a quick breath of relief as he reached the top. Setting himself slowly down in the cockpit he paused for a moment and then fired up the engines. Shortly after he took the craft into the sky ad let it carry him, soaring up into the clouds and to lower orbit.*

*Many hours later, after returning with an able-bodied mechanic, a sack full of supplies, and more brandy, Gill was able to fix his Z-95. He got up back up in the air and left the planet of Khomm, hopefully for good.*

*With a swift stride, Melaina flashed across the terrain towards an empty vessel. She made sure no one was around and quickly got inside, turning it on and buckling herself in. As if she were already acquainted with the ship by heart, she maneuvered the machine into flight and hurriedly towards orbit. She wasted no time in removing herself from the planet in an effort to find her treasured one.*

*Just as promised Captain Dace Soran returned to Khomm with large cargo ships that numbered five in all. The ships land in the Northern Hemisphere and construction of Reign Enterprises Mining begins immediately. By the time the day was over and the sun was setting construction was up to 10%*

:: Citizens of Khomm, I am Dyson Kern, your new Planetary govornor. We are here to occupy your planet and to use it for our own benefit. Luckily for you we are here to live and to work, not to conqueor and destroy... Your protection will be one of our priorities because if you people are attacked then we are attacked. For now you may not trust us but in time I hope that the citizens of this planet will look upon us with respect. Please, do not use violent actions... There will be consequences. ::

*The few dozen Action V's that had made their way for the surface to begin construction projects had at this time set up a temporary base of operations. The base was defended by Turbolaser Towers, the towers were the very first things to be completed as their importance were unrivaled. The ships that first landed became housing and storage centers for the thousands of workers and droids that were beginning construction of a elaborate Ion Cannon defense grid. Since the first arrival transports of many sizes and shapes could be seen comming and going from orbit to the construction sites. It was quite a marvel to see how efficent a nation could be without using local labor.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*After nearly a year of work Zuka's Imperial Engineer Corps. finished the Anti-Orbital Defense grid. One massive Ion Cannon was built near the original Cloning Facility that the Khommites built long ago. The other Anti-Orbital Ion Cannon was built near the Capital City. A third and final planetary defense cannon was built in close proximity to the Citadel of the Black Star. The cannon itself was nearly the same type that was on Alderaan during the days of the Old Republic. The last and final portion of Zuka's deal with Gabriel was the building of a second Cloning Facility, this facility would be for Gabriel's use only. The forces that built the installations would now become permanent residents of Khomm, they would work and maintain the planetary defense grid when needed. As Zuka was the one who funded and supplied the means to build such an elaborate construction project the anti-orbital defenses would only answer to his government.*
