Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*The lease on the space I was renting for my clinic has expired. Instead of releasing the space, I have decided to pack up and head to Bastion to visit an old friend.*

*The 5 Acclamator Transports loaded with materials lift off for orbit.

The miners and farmers get back to work, the wind howling across the rocky islands and waters.*

*The aquatic farmers and ranchers continue to grow food and process it, and the miners continue to mine raw materials. The weather is typical...windy.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*The weather had calmed which had increased the fish activity, which also generated problems with keeping them out of the seaweed beds. Mining continued without difficulty.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*Unlike the southern side of the planet, the northern half had more difficulties with the weather and so the harvests werent as bountiful as usual.*

*With the poorer harvest behind them the aquaculturists are optomistic about future harvests, though the miners were indifferent.*

*The new spring has arrived on Fresia and things are in full bloom, while this didnt matter much for the aquatic based agriculture it did mean warmer and nicer weather.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*It is mid summer now, and the weather has been cloudless, but impressively windy, and little can be done about it but persist. The miners of course are not effected by the wind and continue mining iron and other common but essential ores.
The aquatic farmers are busy cultivating, it doesnt take much but this is the heart of thier growing season as there is the most light.*

*Kotis flys his Porax-38 down to Fresia's Terrain and as he exits, a big breath was taken in,*Smells* Home air was fresh and clean.*

Nothing like getting some personal business done at home.

Your lucky day Jedi.
*Kotis said with haste as he drew both his lightsabers.*
*Kotis drew two lightsaber hilts from his belt and ignited them. A Gold and Red Lightsaber blades emerge with a crack and low frequency humming.*
*Kotis is waiting for the unaware Jedi to make the slightest of move.*

Re: The Northern Hemisphere

*Kotis, wielding both lightsabers charged at blistering speeds at the lone jedi, questioning the stupidity of the jedi. Kotis did not say a word as he Struck the jedi in the back of his skull with the bottom of his lightsaber, knocking the Jedi unconciouse. The jedi regained conciouseness long enought to see him self beheaded by both of Kotis's lightsabers sissoring his head off.*

Gooood Night.

*Kotis muttered to the headless jedi. Some wild Dogs howl in the Distance.*HOWLLLL!!!!*Wild Dog**Kotis disignites his lightsabers and holsters them on his utility belt and walked of the where the jedis head had rolled off to.*

*Kotis picks up the head and begins heading to where he landed his ship. Kotis had remembered what Lord Diux said. **Bring me the head and lightsaber from a jedi back on your homeworld.*

*Kotis thought to him self and realized he forgotten the jedis lightsaber on the jedis belt.*

Woooooooow!

*Kotis said out loud and he droped the head beside the ship and he walked back to the headless body frustrated he had to walk some more. He'd finally reached the body and uncliped the lightsaber and walked all the way back to the Porax.*

Bout time.

*He said to himself as he picked up the head and entered his Porax-38 and flew off into orbit.*

*Fire Teams are dropped off by Dropships thruout the hemisphere, using V-19 Speeders to transport them, they begin patrolling the area, ensuring no restiance is formed against them. Most of the planet it seems is farming country or water.*

*Having been unprepared for such sudden battle duty, the loafing troops hurry into their armor, and begin searching for ammunition, as their commanders fairly split the heavens with curse words and threats, trying to make the well trained but badly inattentive troops get back to their posts and prepare for a counter-attack on the landing parties.*

*Commander Art Parjai's Mission Diary, Northern Sea Reconnaissance, Day 17.*

:: Today, we passed through one of the seasonal migration pathways of the great pinkite. As my men were weary of the standard-issue ration bars we had been eating for most of the past week, I ordered a halt, we tuned down out active scanners to avoid disrupting the fish, the hovorboats were anchored in place, and we all proceeded to cast our fishing poles from the stern of both patrol vessels. It was a cool day, not unlike yesterday, but with fog and a bit of actual rain this time. In other words, it was perfect fishing weather.

Manda'yaim smiled upon us today, by midafternoon we had caught enough for the evening meal --- what a feast it was --- and a large quantity of leftovers, which we have placed into vaccuum storage in the hold of the the Cormorant.

In order to derive some value from our little side adventure, the fish were carefully inspected for any signs of pollution or disease, but none were found. It seems that Fresia's oceans are as healthy as always. We will likely take samples again once we are a few hundred clicks farther north.

Observations: None
Threat Level: Green
Provisions: 127 kg of fresh seafood obtained. ::
