Re: The Sith Academy Building

I meant personal as in, not involving conquering the galaxy, like in the old days. Something that I can do myself, rather than as part of a political entity or group. Like teaching and training and instruction of what I have learned. As well as perhaps finding someone to share it with.

*As he spoke, the Zabrak's eyes looked upon Si'at once more. It was clear who he wanted to share it with, however he left it unsaid. He didn't know where this path would lead, or even if he would be on it. Deep within the recesses of his mind, he wondered if she wanted more children, and if it was even possible for human and zabrak chromosomes to successfully combine in a natural setting. He definitely didn't think himself the fathering type. He kept these thoughts hidden away, and didn't let them trouble him.*

Re: The Sith Academy Building

*Siat smiled knowingly up at Ansatsu. She could tell by the look in his eyes what he was talking about but his inner most thoughts passed her by.*

Well you have the academy already, so that’s one half of your “personal” goal achieved and … well … I’m here now, so I guess that’s the other half sorted out now too? I don’t plan on going anywhere, unless you didn’t want me here.

Re: The Sith Academy Building

*His eyes seemed to burn in a fierce intensity, and, in a response to Si’at’s words, he cocked his head a few degrees, speaking softly.*

What makes you think I wouldn’t want you here…

*The familiar grin that she knew all too well crossed the blood red Zabrak’s face as Ansatsu spoke again.*

.. or that I’d even let you leave?

*With a slight gesture, the door to his room clicked audibly, locking the door. Another slight gesture and the lights faded until there was only the flickering of candlelight against the stone walls of the Academy. The holoprojector embedded into the Headmaster’s floor sparked to life, projecting some of the countless billions of stars onto the stone ceiling.*

Besides … *Ansatsu continued,* …. I could use a woman of your talents. You can not imagine how impossibly difficult it is to find proper teachers these days. I know you are not as dark as you once were, and of course I wouldn’t presume to force you to teach… However it would be greatly appreciated. You are someone I know, I know your background, at least some of it. I know what you are capable of and what you have done before. You would be a great asset to this academy and its teaching.

*His yellow eyes never left her green ones as he spoke this, his voice keeping its soft, quiet tone. He watched her for her response, both her physical reaction to his words, and her spoken one as well.*

And I have no idea how to teach the use of the lightwhip. It’s a weapon I have not fought against much at all, and haven’t even thought about using.

Re: The Sith Academy Building

*Ansatsu stood and walked to his desk, whereupon he pulled on his black robes and then left his chambers, sealing them with the Force. He left his terbeast laying with Si'at. Not one of the students nor any of the few masters would disturb his chambers.

He walked quietly down the hallways, keeping his mind mainly to himself, not paying much attention to the students or other lesser teachers in his academy. Nevertheless he was still able to perceive snippets of conversation here and there. Some emotions jumped out at him, some students felt fear, others anticipation. A general sense of urgency could be felt from the passing students.

Ansatsu felt it enough to decide that it was worth investigating. He walked into the archives of his academy and sealed himself within. Flicking his wrist, he opened up a comm to the Tatsu.*

=Ansatsu=
:: Commander Grann. I need a sit-rep of the general status, both here on Iridonia and around the galaxy. Use the Tatsu's long range scanners to search for and pick up anything unusual or out of place and report to me once you have compiled your search. ::

=Commander Grann=
:: Yes M'Lord. It will be done as soon as possible. ::

*Ansatsu ended the communication and then seated himself in the middle of the archives, silent save for the Zabrak's slow, measured breathing. He closed his eyes, stretching out not with his senses, but with the Force, letting it speak to him. To those inexperienced or untrained, the Force was a tool or a weapon, capable of causing objects with masses in the range of a thousand or more kilograms to be hurled meters into the air, or causing one to leap five, and even 10 times their own height or fall from greater drops without sustaining injury. These were mere party tricks compared to what the Force could be used for when used by a master. It pervaded every thing, from the lowest shrub on Tatooine to the grandest leviathans in Manaan's vast ocean. The Force flowed through all things, great and small, and through this, everything was linked.

Ansatsu sat, motionless, letting the Force speak to him. Stretching out with his conscious, he allowed the Force to show him what was necessary. Bits and pieces of information here, fears and emotions elsewhere. For several hours, Ansatsu remained in his seated form, absorbing that which the Force told him, slowly and patiently waiting. Something big was coming on the horizon, something that would have a severe impact on the Zabrak's destiny, and that of the entire galaxy.*
